I come here often with my 2yr old daughter, it's always been a nice little park close to home. However, yesterday was not a great experience, it wasn't even as hot as it has been in recent weeks... When my daughter fell trying to get into the slide, the metal playground playform was so hot that it burned her whole forearm and palm of her hand leaving a perfect mark of the platform pattern and a couple burn blisters. I realize caution is to be exercised at all times on the playground, but there should be a sign cautioning of how hot this...
Read moreThis park is well maintained and has a lot of options. There is a nice paved circular trail around the two small bodies of water for your walks and runs. I believe you can fish here with a proper license but it may be catch and release. The park is small but very fun and my toddler burns a lot of energy here. Read moreBeautiful public space for walking, jogging, and letting the kids run wild. I happened to be there for the first snow storm of the season and it's a wonderland in the snow. I particularly enjoyed the cougar sculpture near the playground.
