Its really hard for me to give this location more than one star. I came in with a card that someone had dropped off at a store i manage for a free sandwich. The card specified that the only sandwich that the card could not be used on was the gargantuan. So after looking at the menue on line, i thought ok... ill go get the caprese pesto sandwich and then pay exter for a soda nd chips. When i got there the tall kid at the front desk was pretty cool when i told him that i had a card and that i wanted to be able to use it for the sandwitch i wanted. Next thing i know, ive got a girl half my age coming at me guns hot saying that sandwich isnt included with that card. I pointed out to he that the only exlusion on the cad was the gargantuan. She got even more annoyed with me. I said no worries, would you mind if i speak to your manager. Annoyed even more, she spat back at me " i am the manager" .. so i said ok no worries. Can i speak to your area or district manager? She told me that shell get me the number but shes busy so i have to wait. So i waited patiently.. she the shoved her phone into my hand and said this is my manager. I spoke to the district manager. I let him know that i manage a store that some cards were dropped off at. I explained his so called store managers attitude . He appologized to me and told me that he would have them get me the sandwich i wanted. I said thank you then gave this girl back her phone. Yet she still was very rude to me as a customer the whole time. As a veteran and someone who has been a manager for 20 years. I ussually am able to keep my cool composure. That being said. Having someone that is a rude teanager as a manage that treats customers the way that i was treated today. Will most likely upset other customers beyond repair. I think this store needs a manager that understands that they are there workimg a customer service job. And that they shouldnt be rude to the customers. As a quick note to the area manager Daniel... it may be time to find a new store manager. Someone that doesn't talk down to customers and act like shes constantly...
   Read moreUPDATE: I WAS CHARGED TODAY 7/11 THE AMOUNT THEY SAID THEY VOIDED/REFUNDED, ITS BEEN 3 AND A HALF DAYS. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING I WAS REFUNDED WHICH MY ACCOUNT DOES NOT REFLECT AT ALL!!! JUST A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THEIFS. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, THIS IS JUST OBSURD. I wish I could give no stars. I made a Doordash order and was called by the employee that he would have to cancel it due to no driver and asked to reorder through uber. I asked for a refund instead. It's day 3 and no refund and I go to the store to speak to a manager only to receive a voided ticket not a ticket that says refund and have another associate make excuses vs taking accountability and having integrity to do the right thing I've been in customer service and have worked at plenty of fast food establishments to know that isn't protocol and is not right to treat customers the way he made me feel. I've ordered from this place plenty of times and never have I felt so disrespected and took advantage of. I work hard for my money. He could have at least made the situation right by making the food I didn't receive or giving me my full refund. If this is how you train your employees to treat people this way, you should be shut down. I will be back until I receive whats...
   Read moreSad I have to leave a 1 star review but this has happened multiple times now. Iâve ordered from here at least 5-6x over the past 2 months which I think is pretty good business. Paying anywhere from $15-$30 and tipping well. It all adds up but what doesnât add up is they canât seem to get orders right! Out of the 5-6x Iâve ordered, at least 3 of those orders have had missing âx-traâ things that I pay for. X-tra guac/avocado - nope! X-tra cheese - nope! X-tra cucumbers - nope! Basil/oregano - nope! X-tra mayo packets - nope! And this happens more than once. I thought maybe it was because I was ordering through the Jimmy Johns app so I mixed it up and ordered through their website, nope! Still messed up the order. One time I even called right after my order had been submitted just to tell the guy who answered the phone to please make sure the sandwich is made correctly and nothing is left out. Shouldnât have to do that! Also, Iâve checked the receipts every time And what do ya know, everything I ordered is listed correctly on there but the sandwich is missing 1-2 things. Insane! Wonât be a customer of this location anymore and buyer beware to anyone else who orders from here... you donât get what...
