Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lakewood

Typical Taco Bell food but this one you might want to check your tacos and burritos to make sure you actually have the intended ingredients. I visited this site and ordered a beef burrito expecting beef. I was surprised. When I opened up the burrito to put hot sauce on I found barely a speck of beef in one corner. It was all rice.

When I brought it to the mgr's attention she just shrugged and said " it only gets one scoop of meat" I looked at her and said what scoop of meat. She then grabbed it from me and proceeded to put beef on it. She was extremely rude during the entire interaction.

The dining room and tables are always a mess. Doesn't matter what time of day I visit.

They are open late so if you need a fix late at night it is available. There are quute a few homeless people in the area but they don't bother you if you don't bother them. The bathroom is a hit or miss in regards to being maintained. The soap dispenser doesn't work correctly and the water fixture always feels like it's going to fall off. This taco bell has potential it really does.. but needs new management ASAP. You can tell management does not care about their employees, i understand not a lot of people want to work but to just have two people working and no manager on site is ridiculous! they are not grateful for the workers that are actually showing up.. you can tell the workers are fed up with their manager, i’ve been here a few times if the manager isn’t here they’re always backtracked and even if the manager is there she is not helping whatsoever, you can catch her in the office doing a whole lot of nothing, she has no customer skills at all, the food is good, as i stated before this store has potential but very poor management i wish they would do something to better this situation, clearly the workers have to hit HR for them to actually listen, other than that store is clean compared to any other...

I've been to this location plenty of time with an open mind thinking that "my experience can't be worse than last time" but man, this place needs some serious changes. Firstly, on multiple occasions, my order is made incorrectly but seems to be like it's on purpose. Lets just say I want "easy cheese" on an item, they'll double the amount they put on it. Everytime I order something with a shell that I assume they have to fry, the shell itself always taste horrible as if they're old.
