Food was not worth $88.01. Hubby ordered spicy chicken, wasn’t spicy and wasn’t what he thought it was. It was more like an over sauced mushed orange chicken. Garlic chicken lacked garlic flavor and wasn’t what he thought it was. It was more of a stir fried chicken with veggies. Crab Rangoon were either under cooked or old, it was stale and very chewy, it had nothing but Philly cream cheese, no crab, no crab flavor. My chicken Katsu. Was either old or over cooked. I go for more old, refried to make it look like it was freshly cooked. It was soaked in oil and had a funky taste, not to mention the gross dipping sauce for their so called chicken katsu. Shrimp fried rice was decent, but it lacked the shrimp and the price I paid for! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! You are better off eating at Panda Express!

This is the first time I came here. Got the General Taos Chicken with Vegetable Fried Rice, Chicken Lo Mein and an order of Crab Rangoons. The food was great, the only problem I saw was how much chicken was in the Chicken Lo Mein dish. There were maybe 8 pieces of chicken in it. But the portion sizes were good for the price and the lady who served us was friendly and the order was ready when I arrived. Overall not a bad experience here.

Looking for an Asian food place on a Sunday evening in this area was challenging. Kwang’s was the only one open. The food was pretty good and average price for today’s costs. We had Mongolian beef, orange chicken and northern vegetable deluxe. Most of it was customized. All the food was correct. I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to follow all of the customizations, but they made no mistakes. I’d eat here again, if in the area.

We ordered our food which costed almost $60. We were given an hour wait at 5:39pm. We waited until 7:40 to call and check on our order. The worker told my husband it did not even leave for delivery because they got busy. My husband said that "he was given an hour wait time and 2 hours later they say it hasn't even left. Dont bother even taking it, I would like a refund"... then they hung up on him. Then a few seconds later we get a phone call that said "your order will be there in 10 minutes" (hung up again). My husband called back and explained at this point he was "frustrated and just wants his money back as it is now 2 hours and 10 minutes after we placed our call... they said "fine your money will hit in 3-4 days"...click another hang up! Never again!

I find this unacceptable. We usually deal with the Fortune Cookie, but they are closed for the holiday season ,so we took a chance on your company. This was absolutely hands down the worst experience we have had in the WA area. I hope your staff can recognize an error, and learn to treat your clients with respect, especially after an already generous amount of time given to...

I've had teriyaki from many places, and after this pandemic I am still ashamed of all the negative reviews out there for many of my favorite places. Kwang's Palace creates superb food and is on a list for one of my favorite teriyaki places. I will hold onto the many others that rival it down in Thurston county, but wanted to help raise the bar for this place. Someday I will share my favorite place to get katsu and hope others continue to lift other teriyaki places up too. They make great food and are very generous. I've never gotten sick and hope the great team at Kwang's Palace know they are appreciated. (I still prefer Main Chinese Buffet's chicken on a stick the most, but yours was fancy too. Maybe it's just my personal taste.) I really was hoping to try their chicken katsu, but at the very least there are good places down in thurston county too. I would proudly rep anyone who worked here for their incredible food. The restaurant industry deserves more help for all they put up...

We tried this place for the first time two weeks ago. The food was amazing! The soups are LOADED with various ingredients. The best Hot & Sour soup I've ever had. It had shrimp! My wife ordered the Combo Noodle soup. It had chicken, beef, pork and shrimp. A lot of people overlook the quality of the rice. They have many versions of rice and the two we tried were perfect. The fried rice was very flavorful, not sticky, and each grain was it's own ambassador😁 My wife, Linda, says her Chicken Chow Mein was the best she's had. My Sichuan Beef was excellent: Tender beef and Broccoli with just the amount of heat I asked for(a lot)! Our waitress was Dee, and she was wonderful! Always attentive but not hovering. Friendly, with a great smile. We had enough food left over for a meal the next day. They are just outside JBLM, in Tillicum. Easy on, easy off the freeway. Wipe the drool from your mouth and get out there! You will...
