I had the pleasure of dining at Pho Basil recently, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a satisfying meal.

Food was good but customer service was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had the waitress was extremely rude as soon as we walked in and asked if we should just be seated or if they wanted to see us she had an attitude and then a party of younger kids look like college students came into the restaurant and she sat them Then she proceeded to come up to my table and told us that she wasn’t trying to rush us, but we need to place our order which we had only been sitting there for 10 minutes. Our food was brought out to us in a timely manner, but we stood waiting for our Boba and we were never asked what kind of drinks we wanted. So we were just given water. It seemed like she was waiting on the other table that came in after us hand and foot because they already have their food there, Boba and everything else but when I got up and asked about our drinks, she got a Attitude, and proceeded to go back to help the other table. I usually come here at least 1 time per week, and always the service is great, today there are different people I just order spring rolls, beef, that arrive extremely cold, I ask an the lady was in a defensive way she come back 15 minutes after with the same cold spring rolls, of course I didn’t eat that and they ignored me, I paid that and I even touch that food, everything was horrible and usually is one of my favorites places around, usually there are one girl that is super nice I ask for her and for the other server too and that lady almost ignore my question she just said that they are off today, the server ignored me at point that I was paying in front, they never check my card or my table, ridiculously I paid for something that I never ate, they can throw out that food, that is not a good experience, I just ask for something warm, doesn’t matter if they just needs to put that in a...
