The person working in store claims she is manager and is very rude. I very seldom give negative reviews but this incident is worth noting. The employee was working alone, making sandwiches and ringing up orders so that may explain her attitude to some degree. What I can’t ignore is that she made my sandwich previously without changing her gloves or washing her hands . I went back today and she attempted to do it again. I asked her if she was going to change her gloves. She felt my question was rude and disrespectful however I am paying for a service. I tried to call back and talk with manager. She stated she is the manager. She refused to tell me the owners name and number. I took my order back and asked for a refund. I refuse to support a place where cleanliness can not be questioned and there is no arena to address issues without it becoming confrontational and disrespectful. I have not been this upset at a business establishment ever A simple “my bad” or no problem would have sufficed. I use to eat there regularly before COVID’s and staff were very friendly. Once someone came up front to take my order I told them exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately as they were putting the meat on for a meatball double protein I had to remind them twice that I asked for double meat. When they eventually looked to respond they said that "it won't fit" first time I've ever heard a subway employee think that double meat won't work on a meatball, on top of that after saying that they said they didn't even think you can do double meat on a meatball, something I've never had issue with. Immediately afterward this employee was repeatedly rude and giving attitude regarding the sandwhich. Read moreToday, I had the worst experience at any subway I have ever visited. I placed a delivery ordered through the Subway App and my order was never delivered. Subway used Door dash to make the delivery therefore I contacted Door dash for support. I was told to contact the store because I ordered through their app. They did not help me over the phone so I visited the store and I was told by Zach, an hourly worker that he nor his manager could help me. I asked to speak to his manager, but he told me No, and with an attitude. I continued to treat him with respect and he choose not to treat me the same. Zach also quoted the store's policy, but refused to show it to me and he insisted that I write him a bad review. He was So Unnecessarily Aggressive with a woman who was smiling at him the entire time. I even asked him to lighten up and he refused.
