Wendy's — Restaurant in Lakewood

Today 6/25/2019 they had just cleaned bathrooms and dining area which is unusual for this location. Normally the bathrooms are not clean.

June 6, 2019 The food is more expensive than other burger chains but taste better also. Don't expect them to bring your tray of food to the table like other Wendys. You have to go back up and pick it up when it's done. They have the soda machine where you pick from a wide variety then it is dispersed into your cup which I like. More variety this way. Some of the employees can be extremely rude and judgemental and others can be very nice. As a disabled person I was not treated well on my second visit because they assumed I was homeless bc I used one of those foldable shopping carts and had just gone shopping so it was full of bags. If they would have looked closer they would have viewed that I had been shopping but they just made an assumption and treated me poorly. I also take objections to any human being treated like dirt. We ALL deserve respect. Most of the tables are kept clean but if it's been busy you may encounter a dirty table. The men's bathroom light shuts off seconds before you enter so you are left in the dark (my boyfriend told me about it I didn't go in there). The women's bathroom is tiny with only 2 stalls. The employees are always in the disabled bathroom which pisses me off. It should be available for disabled customers esp W/Cs. How do u expect disabled to use the other itsy bitsy stall. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more frequently as there's always paper on the floor and...

Just left the restaurant and I was missing one bag, yeah I should’ve checked but I’ve never had a problem before, I guess first time for everything. But this goes out to the manager on shift on Mother’s Day at 8ish pm. I called to tell her what happened, she keeps telling me she made the order and handed it to the guy to hand to me, so i might be mistaken. I said well you probably did make the whole order and handed him 3 bags but i got 2. Now mind you, I don’t have an attitude nor am I rude to her at all. After going back n forth for a while with an attitude she asks me “ what do you want me to do?” To which now I’m annoyed because why are you mad at ME when someone dropped the ball on YOUR watch?! She later calmed down and I declined a refund or a remake at that point. I told her check your cameras because I’m not lying. I ended that note with wishing her a good rest of her night and hung up. This is what I’m going to say, I work in the food industry and yes a lot of people lie to get things for free, I get that because it happens to me too. But not everyone is the same. While the time in line at this drive thru is short, they park almost everyone after taking their order and payment. They also will not allow more than one order per car, even when there is no line at all. We had to pick up an online order and when we got there we decided we wanted to order something more. There was not one other car in front or behind us, however, they still refused to allow us to put another order in. They made us wait until our first order was brought out (yes, they still parked us to get the online order) and then we had to drive through again. While I can understand one order per car when the line is 5-7 cars long, when it is slow and there is no line at all its frustrating (though kind of comical) to have to go through again. The icing on the cake is that half the time we've been through here and done this dance, they've ended up giving us orders either incomplete or without the modifications requested (such as no mayo).
