Burger King — Restaurant in Lancaster

(04-22-2019 9am) ZERO STARS IF IT LET ME So coming to this fast food chain, I didn’t expect to have the WORST customer service from an ASSISTANT MANAGER. Specifically his name is JORDAN. When I first put in my order thru the speaker, the same guy kept rushing me in my order. I didn’t think much of it. But when I drove up to the window and asked for everything fresh, he rolled his eyes and said “yes it’ll be fresh.” Now that is for one disrespectful and you could’ve at least acted like you were nice about it, but don’t show that sort of unpleasant attitude when you work with customers. Then I decided to take my money back and not get anything, I ask for the manager to come out and I speak with him. He decides to be impatient and cut me off plenty of times, then he cuts me off one last time and asks “do you need anything else?” I tell him no as I’m trying to explain my frustration and unpleasant experience as he just walks away rudely in front of my fiancé and I. Do not go here if u want someone to take your order. I've been there four times in the last two weeks and NOBODY WILL TAKE MY ORDER. Krystal will not recognize you or take your order. The whole crew is standing around nobody is working. Failure is not an option and nothing succeeds like success. Nobody that works there has the will,aptitude, or battery to simply take an order ,take money and expedite the order. It's simple. If u work at the ave L Burger King transfer to the one on ave P b cuz Krystal is fialing miserably as a manager. I would rather jump into a lions den with pork chop drawers on than to ever go-to this BURGER KING ever again. I will definitely follow through with this with an email to corporate. Four times and no greeting, no order, no food. Each time they were not busy and I had to skip my lunch what a waste of time. I’ve been to this Burger King(#7129) the most compared to others around here . I’ve always had great or even excellent service . I know sometimes fast food has bad days but today I don’t know . The two people I was with were order 9 along with myself .1 whopper was perfectly fine along with the drink and the small fry . Although the patty melts (2 of them ) were not even toasted for the bread . Then one of the people I was with calls the place back and explains the issue . Which after the person on their end gives her an attitude expecting at $5.97 dollars a gallon to go across town to return the sandwich’s . When one of the people I was with says I can go on the internet the woman had more attitude .This is usually my favorite burger king but I’m just disappointed with todays service .
