Del Taco — Restaurant in Lancaster

Went there tonight and ordered two Macho Combo meals, and a Fiesta Box...waited 20 minutes while I watched the employee touch his hair, handle money, and handle food all with the same gloves on. When he handed me my change back, it was wet. Then, when I asked for a receipt, he told me that the machine was out of paper, and that I can come back tomorrow and he will give me one!!! I don't know what kind of training is done at this establishment, but I work in the food industry, and just in 20 minutes, saw multiple reasons as to why this place could be shut down. This was the worst service I have ever had from here, let alone any fast food restaurants. Totally appalled by what I witnessed tonight. Also, upon arriving at my residence, ( within 2 miles) my food was cold, and the fries were half filled and cold. Very poor service here. Would not recommend it to anyone during the night time. I honestly have never had any issues during the day time hours here, but would not recommend it to anyone at night time!!!!!......

The saddest thing is that corporate still hasn't contacted me back concerning this matter. What a shame that they don't care about their standards and business reputation. I guess the next step is to turn them into the code...

I was absolutely stunned. This place is so professional compared to my old spot down near Roscoe and Woodman in the Van Nuys area which really went downhill and the last time I ate there I didn't feel well. And we've complained to the owners before ante del Taco before about them. But these guys in antelope valley over I forget the exact crosses L and 40th or 35th we're like a machine. I mean perfect. Courteous, professional, the manager mentioned a couple times what they're waiting on for my order. The tables were being used which is always a good sign in my opinion when you go into any type of fast food joint or restaurant. That means the food is good. But night and day compared to their counterpart down in the Van Nuys area. Everything was perfect. The Van Nuys one I get soggy fries one time and then the next time they're burnt. I'd come home and they didn't put the three scoops of guacamole on. But this place everything went without a hitch and was perfect. I highly recommend...

The customer service was terrible they did not get the order correct when I went back they miscounted the tacos and accused me of lying. Long story short my husband got the tacos before I got off work. I ate one before I realized it wasn't exactly what I ordered so normally if there is a mistake the order is fixed but not this time. The manager gave me the run-around held up the line didn't offer and when she did offer she had this suspicious look on her face and I told her you're not being very nice about this and at that point she walked away. I was so dumbstruck that I just drove 50 feet to the next fast food joint. I will be calling the main corporate today and see what their take on it is otherwise I don't recommend the one on Avenue l and 40th in Vons...
