Burger King — Restaurant in Lancaster

It's not just this location, Burger King food is really low quality. I ordered a chicken sandwich small order and the cost was $11.00. The chicken was a mushy texture and the bun disintegrated. The fries were cold and the soda was watered down. It was hardly edible. I could go to the grocery store and buy frozen chicken patties and lousy bread and made a better sandwich for about $2.00. Get your act together Burger King. I used to rate you a little higher than McDonald's but no longer can do.

Went again today. I was right the first time. Not going again. Ordered chicken sandwich again. I had to throw it out after 2 bites. The “chicken” was two slabs of fried bread crumbs with some white paste between them. And it was greasy and soggy. I was able to eat the fries but frozen fries are the same everywhere. I love all food but this was an utter disappointment. I ordered a round of food and used the app to get my discount but they don't take the discount even though it was a discount for this location. I then ordered a chicken sand-which instead, but they didn't have those. I then ordered a rodeo burger but they were out of the onion rings. Unfortunately this location does not participate in most national deals done by other locations so you have to pay more for your meal than at a standalone location. This also means that some of the newer menu items will not be served here. They do gain a star back though by having decent service and usually getting the order right. Though this location is at times understaffed so can be kinda slow. This location is good for a quick fix when you don't want to leave the mall but I will likely be going to...
