Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Lancaster

Went to the men's room to urinate and wash my hands before ordering. The light went off while I was taking a piss. I stood there in the dark for a long time thinking that either the power went out or someone outside the door turned off the switch. The light finally came back on and I washed my hands. I asked for the manager and told him what happened. He explained to me that it was a motion light and that I'm supposed to move around. I told him that I don't move around while I'm pissing, other wise I'll pee all over the place. He just said "sorry but you need to move around". I said wow, that's your explanation? I then ordered for myself,daughter and granddaughter to dine in. While their food posed no problems, I ordered a Beer Battered Fish Sandwich with extra tartar sauce. The order taker then asked me if I wanted mayo or ranch on my fish sandwich. I replied that I wanted tartar sauce. She said we only use mayo or ranch. I then asked her what is that sauce showing in the picture of the menu board. She replied that's tartar sauce, but we use mayo or ranch. I gave in and said "mayo". I can't understand why you show tartar sauce but don't use it. Is this truth in menu? I called your customer support and spoke to Jake and explained the restroom situation and fish sandwich problem. I asked him also to read me the recipe for the fish sandwich. He told me that it has tartar sauce. Wow...false advertising. I need a call back and explanation for my...

I can't believe they did this. Went to Carl Jr. for my mother, well, let talk about one of the key components iit's call fast food for a reason. I don't understand. Staff was very rude and threw a fit a few times when we told them that we said no ice and handed the drink back. Also when we had to go through the drive through a second time because my lactose intolerant friend asked for her burger plain and they gave her a burger with everything. I then proceeded to ask for the name of person who was taking our order and threw a fit. The shift manager would then move in my line of view when I tried to look at the other rude employee and refused to give me the rude employee's name. The shift manager told me that her name was Star and that she's the one you need to talk to. Not to mention we could see them talking bad about us through the glass window and pointing at us. I will be calling corporate about this once they open....
