High Desert Plaza is a very nice medical facility, since the beginning as soon you enter they check your temperature, making sure that you don't have any Covid-19 symptoms, all of them wearing masks, gloves, face shields and gowns, the entrance is on the side of the building by Urgent Care and they were very nice, polite and professional, give us directions where to go, I went for a treatment by Urgent Care and the admittance was very smoothly and fast, by the treatment section all the personnel were very helpful, explaining all the process and making sure that I feel comfortable, it was a wonderful experience, no...

Well if you decide to donate plasma and it's an option I would go to a different one then the one here, Not all but most of the nurses are rude and not helpful at all.Its also very loud and if they call your name and don't hear them they push you to the back of the line I waited 2 hours past my appointment and when I asked when I was going to be seen She said they already called me so now I have to wait at least another hour before being seen.I guess with No competition why care what the client needs ,That's the feeling...
