Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Lancaster

Had a good experience at this Carls Jr location, sometime around 2AM-2:30AM this morning, I got hungry and saw that Carls Jr was one of the few places open around that time. Pulled up to the drive thru, lady through the speaker told me their computers are down and would take 10 minutes to reboot, since I was the only one in line I was cool with waiting. 1 minute later 4 cars are right behind me 🤣, but anyways, kind old lady gave me a free cookie for my wait, I didn’t notice until I got home, and wanted to say thank you through here. I appreciate the kind gesture, it’s hard to come by kind gestures nowadays 🤧 , if I ever am feeling like having Carls Jr, I’ll make sure to come to this specific location, and recommend family as well as friends. Even though there’s 2 other locations closer by a mile to me....

Pulled up to the drive thru and there was only 1 car ahead. Someone came over the speaker & asked me to wait 1 minute. About 4 or 5 minutes later another voice came on that I honestly had a hard time understanding. She asked me a question but I politely said "I'm sorry, but I couldn't understand you." Apparently she thought that meant to YELL through the speaker. Anyway ... ordered our food, get to the window and she hands me a bag with what was 95% of my order. She said they were waiting on my husband's burrito & asked me to pull around. I asked her if that means the food she just handed me is going to get cold?! She said no & to pull around - I did. I order all star box #17 chicken tender and a biscuit I don't eat pork so it's hard for me to kind of get breakfast in the morning some places so I kind of made my own chicken and biscuit sandwich wasn't that bad it was actually really good cost me about a little less than $7 to do well worth it because you still get the meal so you still get the fries and a drink and a cookie only extra was me buying the biscuit which was a $1.50 not bad for it all they should really think about adding that to the menu I will most definitely back to buy and if they do then make the chicken and biscuit sandwich with the chicken tenders not that nasty teeth chicken patties and some cheese and egg and sell for me about $2.50 with some...
