Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Lancaster

This Charley's should be closed or at least avoided in my opinion especially if you dont want food poisoning. I don't know how the rest of their menu is as they have wings now but the sandwiches and frys are garbage. This is the third time ive eaten at this location and it will be the last as I wasted alot of money on unedible food. The frys where cold like they had been sitting for an hour not to mention both the ranch and the cheese sauce on the frys where runny like they where expired. I litterally bit into an ice cold fry and spit it out, it was disgusting. I got the teriyaki chicken sub and while the meat actually was warm both the meat and sauce was crazy salty. I was only able to stomach less then half my sandwich the rest went in the trash as I can't even feed super salty meat to my dogs. Not to mention their "sweet tea" was completely rotten tasting like it had been sitting overnight from the day before. I will be making a complaint to the fda and the bbb after this post as I'm pretty sure my boyfriend who actually finished his meal got food poisoning from it. If I could give 0 STARS I WOULD THIS PLACE NASTY , kitchen nasty dinning room nasty , they don’t wear hair nets , they slow and touch everything (food, registers, cups , and etc with the same gloves ) they lie about what time they close , and one of the girls tried to close the gates once the line got long at 7:10 when they close at 10pm, and the manager (black lady with the 27piece wig and the bang) clocked out knowing that it was nasty in the place and knowing that her employees wasn’t even trained to even know how to work the registers then she gone tell them to call her and she will guide them on the phone plus the line was long and after 35 minutes of waiting on a 10 piece boneless wing (ONLY) I politely asked for my money back they want be open for long , you can never have a nice place in the hood cause “OUR FOLKS”...
