Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Lancaster

If I can give a 0 star rating I would! I got about 10 drinks on September 1 around 9:39pm. The employee with purple hair was so rude and the manger needs to be changed asap! I was approached by the employee with purple hair to take my order but I asked for a second since I needed time to look at the menu. She then proceeded to make more drinks. Once I was ready I told her and she looked at her coworker, nodded her head and rolled her eyes saying “teenagers”. I found that so rude and unprofessional! The fact that I hadn’t order yet a was given attitude was unbelievable. After one of my friends was done with her order she proceeded to say “next time speak up because there is music playing” and my friend responded saying “ok”. Once it was my turn I spoke up and she still told me to speak up about 4x even though I had raised my voice so she can hear me. I was done with my order and I politely asked for her name and she said “I’m not giving you my name” I then nicely said “okay there’s no need for all the attitude you gave us” mind you I said it nice as possible. She then went on a break and went in the car with “another employee” according to the manger. After getting our drinks and walking to car the other employee speed off almost hitting one of my friends. We got home and tasted our drinks to find out they tasted like water! We went back and asked to speak to the manager to discuss what had happened previously and get our drinks remade. As we were speaking to the manager she took the employees side and made up excuses such as, “we are supposed to treat our employees like our customers so we tend to give them a lot of chances” and after telling her about the incident with the car she said “she always does that. It isn’t the first time.” The manger then told us that the employee with the purple hair had accused us of taking pictures of her! (There was no pictures taken what so ever). We asked the manager if she can speak with the employee and she said “ she doesn’t want to speak with me”. You would think speaking to the manager you would come up with a resolution but she gave so many excuses and tried to cut around the situation to back up the employee. I hope this gets to the owner since we were told by the manger there’s isn’t anyone above her, they don’t have a customer service number, and couldn’t talk to...

Monday March 11,2024 I went to this Dutch Bros while in town visiting a family member and it was the worse experience of my life dutch bros already has the longest lines in the world but to watch the barista girl the black one go to one car and literally talk with her friends while she hands them her tablet to get there order and i mean she talked talked talked talked ... she talked so much i didn't think i was even going to get coffee she moved with their car, then when she couldn't talk any longer cause the people where dam near at the window she proceeded to service every other car out of order i had been sitting so long i didn't even want the coffee any more but unfortunately i was trapped in the god awful line with no where to go if i would have been in my jeep i would have drove over the curb, side walk and right into the street, but i was in a Volvo trapped in a hell of a dutch bros line i really could have cried. all i could think about while i was waiting on the person was why is there no starbucks in this god forsaken place it was truly agonizing. Heres the kicker tho after she finally made her self available to finally take my order she asks do you want to add a $2 tip... are you freaking kidding me... H-E-double hockey sticks-NO... girl you are serving up some of the most horrible customer service and then shaking people down for a tip. I had never been so offended in my life. To add insult to injury i get my coffee and it was NASTY, just gross. I could have died like literally died right there. I could have and should have went to the gas station for better coffee and better service. I will never go to this location...

Update: yeah I’m not coming here again. I’ve only ever asked for a drink to remade twice in the time I’ve been coming here and to be met with animosity for each time- crazy.

Where do I even start with this review

I’ve been coming here since it’s opening. Me and my friends rave to everyone how East Lancaster Dutchbros is the best in the AV hands down. For a while now it became if the OG workers aren’t there well the drinks will be okay at least. Lately if the OG workers aren’t there there is no point in ordering. No matter what type of drink youll order: rebel, chai, green tea, or even a coffee it’s never good. Little to no syrup even when it’s just one flavor, over adding milk/creamer can’t even taste the coffee or chai, and if it’s a blended rebel- just water down. There truly is no point. You can ask them to remake it and it ends up worse. The newer employees will scoff at your complaint. Even when you are tipping youll end up with the same results. For drinks that you will be paying minimum 6 bucks and as high as 10. It’s ridiculous.
