Panda Express — Restaurant in Lancaster

I do not like eating here but i suggested chinese food and was brought here,food is way over priced for what they serve,my plate was pretty much served halfways everything was dry,then i had my 1 year old daughter with me and the eating experience was horrible because there was only 2 high chairs in the whole restaurant which the place is a good amount of space to have more than 2,both chairs were occupied so i had to hold my daughter making eating uncomfortable.I went to the the restroom to change my daughter and there was no accomodations for me to change her diaper,the bathroom was dirty and messy and the floor was filthy..Overall bad experience reason why i do not eat here on my own will,i would rather spend my money in a buffet because we paid $23.00 for 2 plates with halfways filled plates with 2 items and 2 drinks,buffet wouldve cost around the...

The issue has happened on Two separate on line orders, Back to Back? That's what makes it suspect? I read thoroughly all the menu items specifically. In my particular order it clearly said if you purchased the "party dish, IT COMES WITH HALF RICE,& HALF CHOW MEIN? 2 TIMES IN A ROW THE ORDER WAS PAID IN FULL PICKED UP. WHEN I RECEIVED THE ON LINE ORDERS ON BOTH OCCASIONS " they changed the portion ratio? It now became 3/4 rice & 1/4 chow mein? Used to go to this location at 20th Street East in Lancaster, CA all the time but quit when quality started going down. Thought I'd give them another chance. I called at 8:45 (they close at 9:30 on Thursdays) said I wanted to place an order for pick up. The girl said they had limited items since they close in 45 minutes but she'd check to see if they had Beijing Beef.
