Bought and paid for a new car stereo which they installed but never showed us how to operate. Driving home we realized it was defective. There is no way to call them to get a quick appointment for repair or replacement. I had to go online and schedule yet another appointment four weeks later (Ugh). On the day of the second appointment they called and cancelled the appointment stating that their tech was sick (okay. Understandable). They said they'd call back the next day to get us in for our cancelled appointment. Three day's later, still no word from the Geek Squad and no way to call them directly. Scheduled yet another appointment four more weeks out (Ay Kurumba!). Its to the breaking point with me. Who runs a business with no direct phone contact? I now have a bad taste for both Geek Squad and Best Buy. Very poor business practice and unprofessional treatment of customers. Good luck in the future. You won't be seeing anymore of my hard...

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Alexander Peffley and the Geek Squad team at Best Buy in Lancaster, PA! My computer was in dire straits after a short in the graphics card caused a slew of frustrating issues. My 65” television just stopped working. They’ve been to my home 3 times with different parts shipped here. Last call, they said I should expect a refund from the supervisor. That person is MIA!
