Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lancaster

(UPDATE) (PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY) CAUTION TO ALL DINERS AND WHOMEVER ELSE IT MAY CONCERN. (BE VERY CAUTIOUS EATING HERE) HARD, SHARP CLEAR PLASTIC FOUND IN NACHOS. PLASTIC WRAPPER FOUND IN MEXICAN PIZZA. After eating about half of the Nachos, I began chewing on what I thought was just a stale tortilla chip covered in nacho cheese, although after attempting to swallow it, I began to choke and was fortunately able to cough it back up and spit it out which made a big mess all over the driver seat of my car. After inspecting further it turned out to be a hard, sharp piece of clear plastic.( Possibly piece of a plastic drink cup) (Pictures shown below). My throat became scratched and sore immediately. If soreness and irritation don't clear up very soon I may have to seek help from a Physician to avoid a possible infection. Very scary experience for a casual late night fast food meal out. I am very very lucky to only have suffered damage and discomfort and not have to rush directly to the E.R., others may not be so lucky. CAUTION to anyone with elderly family members or children who might be more at risk to choking. This is the second time within six months that I have had plastic in my food from this location. The last time I found a plastic wrapper in my Mexican Pizza, after eating over half of it. Taco Bell Corporate offered me a discount coupon after the last incident however I don't believe that is worth the risk of possibly choking or worse by continuing to eat here. It appears they have not implemented better standards. CAUTION, always thoroughly inspect your food in a well lit area. The employees here seem to be very nice however the quality control and food safety are not to be desired and should be reported to the proper authorities before someone else chokes or worse. I understand mistakes can and do happen sometimes, however mistakes like this can cause loss of life, or at the very least an injury and/or expensive and traumatizing trip to the Emergency Room. Totally Unacceptable. Such a bummer I was starting to enjoy this store again. At this point I don't feel it's worth risking a choking hazard, and will not be returning here to dine. Food safety and possible choking hazards should be taken very seriously as many die or are injured every day due to negligence regarding food handling. Taco Bell you have to do better and implement higher standards to ensure the safety of your customers! No excuse. I'm lucky to be breathing after this last food safety incident with Taco Bell. Not bad food quality here actually. I personally always get two Stackers w/ chicken, rice, red tortilla strips & creamy jalapeño sauce added to them. 👌🏻

Although, the service you'll receive here is minimal. I personally found some things absurd, this is my opinion based off personal experience.. — I never get napkins (unless you ask) — I'm never greeted by a friendly employee, let alone an employee who even appears the slightest bit grateful to have a job or be alive for that matter. — I feel a depressing vibe walking in this location, I notice most of the staff are sluggish, irritated and seldom offer any help to customers that don't understand how to order food off a computer, as they don't take orders face to face anymore. I took it upon myself to help two separate elderly women who were about to walk out because they were being told to order off the touch screen computer, yet these women didn't know how and were getting frustrated as they had been promptly ignored (as though every employee was too busy to offer some quick assistance, on a very slow day)

Overall, the best experience you will have at this location (imo) is the drive-thru, don't expect a greeting or any type of manners out of the individual taking your order, make sure to check that everything is in the bag as well (if they forgot something and you try calling their phone, nobody answers.. ever) and last but not least, don't forget to inquire about their exclusive napkins and ask for extras. When I arrived at this Taco Bell I was pleasently surprised by the five dollar chalupa deal! It was so good I ordered two while through the drive through line. The first box I asked them to add sour cream to each item and I asked for a Mountain Dew. The second box was the same except no sour cream on any item also with a mountain dew. I was so thirsty I ordered a third drink, a large Pepsi. When I got to the window the girl asked for payment so I had my friend give her my card as I was in the back seat. He hands it over and She gave us both boxes, the large pepsi and a mountain dew. We jad to ask for the second Mountain Dew multiple times before she understood what we wanted. As my friend pulled away I did not realize she did not give my card back to him. We got home and realized what tommfoollery befell us. Card missing, no reciept, and both boxes with all items containing sour cream. I drove all the way back and went in to recieve my card. I aaked the manager about getting a refund on my order of 13something or other and he refused. He called his "manager" who told me they could refund my order but would take the food back. I walked out when they would do nothing about their incompetent employees. I would not recommend this terribly serviced Taco Bellto anyone. Maybe Trump..he could make it great again. Other than...
