Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lancaster

All of the employees are always so friendly. They actually act like human beings, instead of standing at the register like robots at other places saying "Can I take your order" without even looking at you. Even the employees in the back making the food say "Hi" and will chat a bit with you. They are fast as heck too! It doesn't matter if you order over the phone, online, or in person, you get the same fast, courteous service with a smile. I've ordered in person several times, and waited outside while they make it. While outside, the drivers will even stop, say "Hi" and chat. I was surprised each time when someone brought my order out to me, instead of having it sit inside waiting for me to wonder if it was ready yet or not and go inside to get it. That's great customer service! Oh, and the sausage really tastes like....Sausage LOL! The Papadias are yummy! I love all of their pizzas, but I'm hooked on the Canadian bacon and pineapple with Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce. And don't forget to get the stuffed crust, it's seriously cheesy! They always have great prices and specials too. Go in, and watch them hand toss and spin the dough while you're waiting, It's fun! Real people, real...

When calling to express with the manger I stay 3 mins away why is my pizza over cooked or cold. She seems to get a little rude at times however I have a kid to feed and a business to run I was hoping for her to have a heart . But instead she got sarcastic and expressed this is happens frequent I will tell my staff to undercook your pizza. Idk what planet she’s from but an uncooked pizza is not edible or healthy or Taste pleasant. Don’t understand why she responded that way but clearly she shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t be professional without insulting a customer who’s giving you a chance multiple times to correct the mistakes. With her reply I don’t trust her remaking my pizza for my child has to eat. And this world in the fast food industry have people who will do things to your food. Calling corporate on this one. The back of the pizza was over cooked or sitting very hard and rubbery the top...

I recently tried Papa John’s Chicken Pizza, and overall, it was a satisfying experience.

The crust was soft and chewy with a slight crisp on the outside — just the way I like it. The chicken was tender and well-cooked, with a nice seasoning that added flavor without being too salty. I chose the classic grilled chicken topping, which paired really well with the rich tomato sauce and melted mozzarella.

The cheese was generous and melted evenly across the pizza, giving each bite a good stretch. I also appreciated the garlic butter dip that comes on the side — it’s a great touch for dipping the crust!

If you like a bit of extra flavor, I recommend adding banana peppers or some extra jalapeños — they take the chicken...
