Vos Pupusas Lancaster — Restaurant in Lancaster

I've always praised this place but it's time to move on to better places. This is the 3rd time that my pick up order is incomplete. I live 10 miles away from the place and didn't mind driving over to pick up. However, this last time, I decided to use Door Dash. Obviously took longer than expected (additional 40 minutes) than what the app said but that wasn't the issue. The order given was incomplete, so I had to call the restaurant. After paying Door Dash a total of $32 dollars in additional fees, having an incomplete order is frowned upon. So I call the restaurant and was told that I could go pick the missing item up- 10 miles away and 17 minutes drive, one way! I get there and no apology and what's worse? The order was wrong! Glad I checked before leaving. I told one of the ladies and her answer was "well, we have been busy" Really? So since the place is busy, it's ok to forget or not double check the orders? Very unprofessional! Black people they'll help everyone else before you. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes everyone just walked around me and looked at me. No one said 1 minute please or anything. No one took my order. Finally I just left. EXTREMELY RUDE! I used to spend like 50 to $60 with them when they had their truck. But I will NOT spend my money with them anymore because of this service. They acted like I was invisible. I also have to delivery Door Dash and UberEATS with them and they've been Rude when I pick up as well. I Don't think they like Black people.!👎 Don't care about your response that day was the 3rd time staff has been Rude since being in the shopping center. Like I said I have to deal with you doing deliveries and have had Rude experiences. I have family members that say the same thing and I'm urging them to review you. We stopped in here tonight because I happened to see the sign and remembered how many people have raved about it on facebook. Boy, was everybody right!!! We ordered a combination of cheese and pork (6) and it was under $20 for dinner for 2 adults, with some left over! To start with, the restaurant is cute, and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It only took about 15 minutes to grab my bag of food (and almost someone else's by mistake!!) And we were on our way home! The food is amazing, it was still so hot when we got home, it was too hot to serve, and the cheese was still wonderfully melted, and fried crispy. Be still my heart! I hope if anyone is looking this place up, they go and enjoy. Its wonderful and affordable food that brings back such fond memories for me.... this is my new fav in AV!!!! GET IN THERE AND TRY IT!!!
