Hong Kong Express — Restaurant in Lancaster

I order food from this place and had it delivered. Their 'teriyaki chicken' had so much fat on it, it was horrible and it smelled bad. Their 'chow mein' noodles were horrible and broken in different small pieces. I called to tell them about the the condition of the food and the guy their stated, "If you don't like it, don't order". He would not get back on the phone and he was so rude. The next day, I went to visit them so I could see where the food was coming from and to talk to the manager and I was horrified about how dirty and nasty Hong Kong Express was. Their was a thick dust on all the statues. They were once again rude and did not want to talk about my order from the night before. I asked about their food/restaurant grade in the window and he would not answer about how they obtained it. I know because of all the dust and debris around the food and dusty decorations hanging from the ceiling, they wouldn't be able to receive that type of rating. I realized that I would never older food from them again. The food sucks and I can't say that their customer service sucks because they didn't have...

Horrible! Ordered for delievery... A $50 order and waited 2 hours for it to show up.... After being told 55 minutes. I called twice waiting 20 kinutes between each time to be told he is around the corner...at hour 2 I called once again and said umm still haven't got my food. Can i get a discount or something because 2 of my 3 kids fell asleep waiting for their dinner that was supposed to take an hour.she replied no i cant discount. I said cancel it then. Needless to say after 2 hours of waiting for dinner and 2 kids going to sleep without dinner, huge disappointment and having to run to taco bell (which is across the street and took me 5 minutes to drive to) never will this company have mine or my neighbors (who heard me getting...

A fantastic chinese place.

Thinking of going to panda express? Don't. This place is just as fast, less expensive, and so much more and better tasting that it's not even funny. I say that as someone who loves places like panda.

For like the same price as two panda "bowls" you walk out with like 5 pounds of rice and noodles, and so much chicken or fish that you'll have leftovers.
