They changed owners and kept the same name and menu it was so much better when they had the previous owners. Because they kept the same menu and don't even know how to make the stuff I asked for a tutti frutti and the lady asked me how to make it ? Then they made me a vampiro and they didn't put any chile in it when before the previous owner said that all of them on a certain chart were all made with chile. I left and tasted the raspados and they tasted weird like the syrups went bad we turned back and they closed before their hours were over.
