La Michoacana Frozen delights — Restaurant in Lancaster

The two young girls who work the Sunday closing shift need to practice with their customer service. Their attitudes were very off and were rushing us to order. We were there 20 minutes before they closed and the employees made comments out loud about us being there “too late.” They were also bothered about our kids touching the bells near the entrance door but there was not any sign saying “do not touch.” As adults we should understand that speaking to other people’s children disrespectfully is not okay. Our ice creams were melted when they were handed to us and the employee didn’t want to change...

The young ladies could smile a little...they give an "I don't wanna be here" type of vibe. As far as the menu items go , they could improve a little, I'm a big Fan of La Michoacana, They are under New Ownership, and they're Located in not so good part of town...The Esquite I bought was Cold, the mangoneadas I bought were good but the ice cream is different than the other Michoacanas I've been too.as far as their Prices, I can't complain,...
