My reason for writing is nothing to do with the quality of the food. They've always been pretty good on food their speed is nothing necessarily to brag about and good customer service is hit or miss.
My 3 rating is because you never know when the dining room is going to be open. Which really elevates frustration when you park and walk all the way up there with expectations of a door opening and you pull to only realize that you've walked all the way up there for nothing.
Now you have to get back in your car and I can guarantee you that at least two or three cars has pulled up in the Drive-Thru so now my place that I did have is way in front of me.. to be honest at that point I just pull out and I can only imagine the money and business they've lost because I know I'm not the only one.
Now when I come to rate I try to with a solution.. without a solution in mind, you're just complaining. I would suggest putting it up on the sign if the dining room is open. That would actually gain business because now people won't be leaving and people would be happier and...
Read moreI have been to several really bad Wendy’s restaurants but this one gets the cake. First off, the girl at the front counter didn’t know what was on a sandwich and she didn’t care enough to ask anyone, she just said I don’t know and stared at us. 3/4 of the soda choices didn’t work, no ketchup in the dispenser and then it took them several minutes to find some packets. Cold fries and then the acted all disgusted out when we asked for hot fries. Sandwich was made wrong, they forgot half the ingredients… not a modified sandwich. Then it took several minutes to make the sandwich correctly and then the fries that they just gave us were now cold.
This was not a hard order. It was only for two people, and it was not modified. Straight off the menu.
You might want to consider retraining all of your employees, and if they don’t make the cut, get rid of them. The employees that are working there are hurting your business and the company...
Read moreWendy's used to be one of my favorite fast food places around here but not anymore!! Here lately they don't seem to care if they have a line of customers, they were just standing around talking and cutting up with each other like no one was there waiting. After about 25-30 minutes of being very patient I walked back up to the counter and asked what was taking so long and one employee smarts off saying " you want fresh food don't you?". Well DUH but it's also a FAST food restaurant and you're not preparing a steak dinner back there. The place is literally designed to prepare and get food to the customers quickly (some places having a timer to go by). After I finally get my food they say the register wasn't working?? Possibly. The following time I went I found a plastic piece of a wrapper in my sandwich and would have eaten some if it wasn't for adding mayo to it!!! Ughhh😩 Maybe I can enjoy my food at another Wendy's when I go...
