I used to be a regular customer spending at least 10 a week on this place, my favorite bread is one call chapurradas, well this past sunday morning I went early there so I can be able to buy the fresh ones, I order 12 of them, when I got home and I tried to eat them they were hard as a rock like if there where cooked 7 days ago or overcooked, this bread is usually soft even after 3 days , so I was thinking that maybe the cook over cooked it, so I threw them away on the trash.

Well 3 days later I went to the store to let owner know about what they sold me 3 days ago, so I was able to talk to the owner and I let him know the issue, he told me he knew about that , he told me the cook let him know that day about the bread being hard like that, and he told me they were going to make sure, this doesn't happen again, well I went ahead to make another purchase, and I see the cashiers pissed off cause I made the complain, so when I order again 12 chapurradas, what was my surprise the bread was hard as a rock , and overcooked of course, I let the cashier know about the issue, and she said that bread was like that, which I am pretty sure it is not, cause I been buying it for the last 2 years, I let her know that was not true and I told her to see the bread on the back, how you can see the black spots which mean is overcooked, so I told this lady I was going to take something else, cause the product was bad, she said I had to pay that one cause I already touched it, I refuse to pay it cause it was bad cooked, she said that was not possible and refuse to sell me something if I was not agree to take the overcooked product, I bet she was pissed off cause I complained, so I told her because she was refusing to sell me the product, I was not buying anything and I was leaving , and when I turn around she started insulting me , well it is not a secret that their customer service sucked already , they are always acting like if they don't pay you attention, talking between themselves.

I work as cooked for the past 8 years, I have a lot of experience about food and bread, and I know when something is overcooked, even someone with experience will know.

it sad the owners of this place are losing customers for this, my $10 to $15 , I was spending a week now, will be spend on other place where they give a better service and not overcooked hard bread.

I hope they improve all this issues cause I will be also filling a complain to Montgomery County - Department of Health and Human Services for an inspection on their local, cause I also saw some irregularities, that I will not mention here, just the one mention before...

I went to visit my father for his birthday and stop by this bakery to buy a cake, it was one of the worst experiences I had. You have to make a line out side and when you go inside to placed an order there is no sense of direction. The person that took my order was rude, while she was packing the cake she had me go to the register to pay for the cake then she disappeared without saying a word. I did not know where my cake was I had to ask another employee for my cake. She left it somewhere around the counter. They have very poor customer service and very bad manners. I am not from Maryland and I left with a very bad impression of this location....

I went here today to Try to Order a Cake for My Kids Birthday. First Not only was I Not Greeted but the staff were just starring at me not say anything I was confused to where the check out was even at. I waited a few mins no one said anything , I was very extremely dissapointed and Now sad because I really wanted a Cake made here but they also pick and choose their Patrons so I just Politely said If they did NOT want to Sell to Me thats all they had to say instead of having me standing there looking like an Idiot. I felt Discriminated and now Im Sad because I will not Have the Cake I wanted. Looking for...
