The food was one of the best Jamaican food Iā€™ve had in the DMV. Definitely worth all the good reviews it can get. Place was clean and tbd service was friendly, warm and professional. Go for the oxtail meal/dinner and thank me later. There is a lot of parking space available in the lot. Watch out for construction work in the area. Try any of the local drinks. The ginger drink might be too strong.

The CURRY GOAT was top notch and the Escrovich FISH (snapper) was so good and spicy that it reminded me of my home country NIGERIA. Thanks guys for making my evening down here, worth it. I sure would be coming back.

Now..... I came all the way from FLORIDA on business and decided to try JUNCTION JAMAICAN RESTAURANT food, based on reviews from Google.... believe me, they blew my mind. The CURRY GOAT was top notch and the Escrovich FISH (snapper) was so good and spicy that it reminded me of my home country NIGERIA. Thanks guys for making my evening down here, worth it. "BEWARE" I recently purchased a large meal from this establishment, which consisted of Jerk Chicken, Peas and Rice and cabbage. While eating my meal I discovered a foreign matter within a portion of the chicken that appeared to be a sticker labeled Canada. Also, the Chicken was not fresh as the bones were completely black. This is a true indication that the chicken was not fresh!! I returned to the Restaurant, received my refund and the Owner was so Petty as to still charge me for the $3.50 Beef Jamaican Patty which appeared to be old and had been sitting as well!! Junction Jamaican Resturant serve the most delishous food and has the best service. I had my favorite yawd breakfast yesterday and I had to tell somebody how good it was. They had a wide variety of choices, they even had Run Sown, Liver, Ackee and saltfish everything one would want for breakfast. The Fry Dumplins were so nice, fluffy and tasty just Like I like it. The lovely lady that serve my food is always professional and respectful. My food was fresh, nice, 100% satisfied. Very clean and is an all around...

Tried this place of the humble & glad we did. Hard to find good authentic Jamaican food. I only eat from Junction & Adreeneā€™s! They are the closest to home cooked you will get. Even the restaurants in Negril, Jamaica(commercialized food) donā€™t taste this goodā€¦you have to go to someoneā€™s yard to get real taste of Jamaica. Junction oxtail /goat combo w/plantain is delicious. Spicy beef patties were fresh & hot too. Family got curry shrimp & chicken w/cocoa bread -no complaints! Next try is the King Fish w/oxtail gravy...
