Overall decent experience buying. I wasn’t able to get financed; I imagine due to having a credit score under 600, even though I have more than enough income. So I ended up not being able to finance the “dream bed” and I bought out of pocket a similar style but about $400 less in price before; that I’m not completely comfortable with; I actually preferred a different mattress as an alternate choice but the salesman assured me the Simmons Dixie x Charli was far superior to the Serta. I’m going to chance it but I always have a bad taste when a salesman get a a little pushy. Granted he did spend a significant amount of time with the customer before me so by the time he was able to work with me the store was close to closing. Going to give it a try and if I don’t like it will return in 30 days and pick out a different more suitable mattress. Also store advertised sale price on the mattress I purchased; but when he rang it up he then says the sale signs on the mattress aren’t accurate and the sale was over, but didn’t explain why he told me when I first asked about the mattresses on sale. Mr. Abraham at the Langley Park location was extremely patient, attentive, listened, pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful person. When he answered the phone I knew he was going to give excellent Customer Service which is rarely see. These days dealing with most companies. He truly went out of his way to assist me in all my need which he completed with ease. He guided me through everything I needed to do to get my concerns resolved. I am thoroughly impressed with the amazing customer service, product knowledge and ease of purchase that I received at the Mattress Warehouse! Abraham was courteous and kind, while I looked for the perfect mattress to ease my sleep issues. I expressed that I have spinal trouble and need support to keep myself active during the day with minimal pain.
