Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lansdale

I rarely leave reviews, and have never left such a bad review. One star is too many. About a week ago, I placed an order to be delivered. I was caring for my two granddaughters and that was what they requested. It never arrived. My 8 year-old granddaughter and I were checking the front step constantly. No delivery. I finally called and was told the order was not in the store. I asked if that meant it would be delivered and the response was (rudely) "I don't know, I am not a delivery person". Really???? The next day I called the "manager". (I am told he is the owner). He said his records show it was delivered. I assured him that it was not and that I was cooking pasta for the children after 9 because our order had not arrived. He did not apologize for our not having received the food, seemed totally uninterested. I said I wanted a refund to my credit card. He said it would take 48 to 72 hours. I stopped in after a few days; he was not there and no one could help me (though they called him while I waited). Over a week now and still no credit. Anyone can make a mistake. Possibly they delivered to the wrong address. However the customer service was SO lacking and I've still not received my refund, I'll never use that...

I lived in Lansdale all of my life. Out of every Dominos I have ever had, this one has always trumped them all. The service, quality, and professionalism is unmatched. Even when I order carryout, despite the staff being relatively young, they are very courteous and polite. I've even had the pleasure of being served by the manager himself, Bryan, on many occasions. The food is always fresh and hot, it never disappoints.

Even with all my orders over the years, I can't say I ever recall a slip up either. What I call in or order online is always what I receive. My delivery orders could be considered cruel because I usually order delivery in the pouring rain or during a snowstorm... and don't you know, they're open and happy to deliver!

I highly recommend this Dominos and urge you to "overlook" the other reviews here that are off-topic, childish, or lacking justification.

This last order had 2 repeat problems. And a quality issue. Pizza tracker showed the order was completed at 515 on a teusday. The driver left the store at 545. The time from the store to my house (5 min away) 20 min. My food was cold. If the order took an hour due to being busy i understand however taking an hour from finishing cook it to my door 5 mins away and delivering sub par food is ridiculous

The driver did not bring a receipt to sign/ add tip. He said he forgot and it wasn't feasible to go back. Unfortunate for him cause I still too generously regardless of service. Now I have to make sure no additional charge shows on this order.

I purchased the revised cinna twists (bring back the stix) half of the twist were a mini version and all were lacking the normal amount of cinnamon.

I do like dominoes however I will not be ordering from this...
