This place was an upbeat restaurant and we stopped in while traveling, around 7:30 pm on a Monday night. It was crowded but we were seated right away and it only took a couple of minutes to get a beverage. Appetizer was crispy fried calamari which came with a mayo based sauce and marinara. I liked the marinara and thaw calamari was fried well. Entrees were: spaghetti and meatballs which was huge (my husband ate only 2/3). He loved it! Came with a garlic bread knot; Barbacoa chicken which came with black beans and rice, spicy but not hot and sooo good!!!! Also very healthy at 590 calories and had fiber too!! The beer: we had BJ’s PM Porter which was rich and delicious and the BJ’s tatonka stout, also rich and delicious with a touch more sweetness than my porter. Both were excellent tasting. The service was excellent we were helped by Gabriela who was very pleasant and informative also patient with us considering all of the tables. If we get a chance we will be back! I included a picture of the bathroom because I cannot ever remember a place where they took the time and expense to install a speaker in the individual restrooms!!! The rock music was awesome!!!

First visit. Very busy night (Tuesday) Lemon pepper sesame wings-3/5- good flavor throughout, a bit dry, too much seasoning on a few wings, hardly any sesame seeds on it BBQ sliders- 2/5 good flavor on meat, buns were cold and a little hard Fries-4/5- good seasoning, nice crunch Ranch dressing-1/5 runny and lacked seasoning Mahi mahi tacos- 3/5 good concept needs a sauce to go with it Black beans- 2/5 -seems like an afterthought on the plate and had too much cumin Salsa- 2/5 - just a little spicy, flavor was ok Avocado cream sauce-1/5 too much cumin as well and bland Chips-3/5 warm and crispy though thin Triple chocolate Pizookie -4/5- warm and chewy cookie, ice cream and chips were a good combination but ice cream alone was a bit underwhelming. chocolate chips made the ice cream better. Service-4/5- server was attentive but took a while to get a refill Restrooms 5/5- clean Ambiance- 4/5 nice place to relax and have a meal. Food will not wow you but beer might although I didn’t have any to know. Prices- 2/5 -just a bit overpriced. prices don’t match the quality of most of the food. Pizookie being the exception. Pepsi products.

I was really hoping to enjoy the start of a much needed vacation, by having an awesome experience at BJ’s but was simply let down. The exterior and interior of the building is very impressive and led to me believe everything was going to be outstanding. The waitress was prompt, perhaps a little too prompt, but attentive. To start we ordered a cocktail and water; both being decent. A Turkey burger and a brisket/bacon burger was the choice for lunch. When they arrived the food looked good. After the first bite of the brisket/bacon burger I was left with wanting some flavor. Neither the brisket nor burger was tasteful, and further review it appeared there was minimal brisket on the burger. The Turkey burger appeared to be processed and was typical chain food. When the waitress asked if things were ok, I pointed out that the brisket/bacon burger was lacking. Several minutes later a manager came over and l showed him the burger and the almost non existent brisket. He stated that was not typical and would remove the cost from the bill. As I decide on restaurant’s to visit, this place would not make the list.

My first couple of visits were AMAZING. Monday Night However was HORRIBLE. We were sat and not greeted for about 7 minutes. Once we were and ordered our drinks and appetizers they took awhile. My salad came and I waited almost 10 minutes for our server to come give me silverware, finally I just asked someone else walking around. My salad was gone by time the “Nachos” came out, mind you the server never even came and checked on us after the orders were placed. The nachos were a joke, 200 chips and half a hand full of huge chunks of chicken. At this point we declined the appetizers to our server who finally showed up. He came to tell us our god had just came up literally 3 minutes after the nachos were dropped off. We were sat at 6:13 it’s easily 7:00 by now. I ordered the bacon jam ribeye (med) with Brussell Sprouts and fries, the fries and the Brussels were COLD and soggy. Listen I’m a veteran server not bartender and I know the inner workings of a restaurant as well as the fault in the food and all that but at this point it was more than just the food. When I the server FINALLY came back I asked if he could switch out my sides for some fresh ones he said of course and went on his way. I then sat there left with soggy sides and my ribeye only to notice my ribeye was WELL done, the marbling in the ribeye was charred so more I’m just like OMG!! Still waiting on my fresh sides it’s now been 10 minutes he comes with just the fries and they weren’t even HOT, they weren’t soggy though either so I just kept them. The Brussels arrived and they had the honey sriracha sauce they expected the first time but didn’t get on my initial order, they were also very green barely cooked and I just threw in the towel at this point. I became one of the people I dread serving. I asked to dish you the manager. He comes by and I express my experience and offers me a dessert 😡 not a recook or something else just a dessert. Where I work as I imagine other places are going to try to FIX the situation he just kinda wasn’t even concerned. That upset me greatly because as I said before I really enjoyed my other visits. I feel like management needs to check on tables as they are being served and just do more for guest who have had over cooked food and poor service!!! I wish I would have taken photos to back up my complaint but management seen himself that my $30 ribeye was charred and...

I've visited here a couple times and although the food is good, the service is almost always terrible. Sometimes they do get busy and there is a long wait which is understandable but even on times they aren't that busy their service remains the same. Last visit we had to repeat our orders to the waitress multiple times. Had to ask her for the waters we ordered that she kept forgetting multiple times. The cocktail she was supposed to serve became a lemonade instead, asked for the correct drink and then was told they were out so I asked just for a shot to put into it so at least it would resemble what I ordered. The shot never got brought to us, even after being reminded again. When our food came out, the steak that had the onions and mushrooms (loaded) didn't come with it at all. Asked if we could please receive that as we ordered it and she said she wasn't it in that way and was sorry and would go get it. She never came back with it. So we just finished our food anyways and when she finally came back about boxes we reminded her about us not receiving what we ordered and get that it might be a little busy but if she could at least remove them from the bill. After talking with her manager on shift (Rob), their solution for everything that was wrong (repeated bad service, not receiving correct drink, not receiving additional drink to correct it, and not receiving correct steak toppings) was to instead of taking the things we didn't actually receive off, was to remove one soda that we ordered instead. Our bill showed us paying for the additional steak add-on and the drink that was messed up. They even tried to add on the shot that was supposed to correct the drink I ordered to begin with but did take that off the bill but I didn't receive it to begin with so that's not anything additional to gain praise for. We received $2 off our $75 bill and was told that's all they could do for us and if we didn't like it that they could put the charges for the pop and shot (which I never even received) back on instead and pay anyways. Food was honestly great otherwise and think the cooks did well other than a missed add-on but unacceptable service and I'll be sure to go elsewhere...

We went here again this year, 2024 for a work dinner with our colleagues from Europe. We ordered some appetizers, we tried the limited calamari and the avocado egg rolls. The calamari was okay, texture was good but it had little flavor. I was excited to try the egg rolls but they ended up being gross. It tasted like they pushed old mashed up avocado inside the roll and then a dollop of fresh avocado in the front for presentation. I do not recommend. I tried the philly yet again bc I'm a sandwich girl, it was by far the worst I have ever had. The meat was so dry and old, the bun was like hard at the end and it was flaking, it had barely any cheese or peppers or any type of sauce. A philly should be hot and gooey with cheese and juice from the meat. I would have sent it back but I didn't want to appear rude in front of our colleagues who traveled over. I had a lemonade which was pretty good and then heard they had Shirley temples so I ordered one and it was disappointing, I don't know what it was but it was not a real Shirley temple I know that. I would definitely say way overpriced for the quality of the food. Applebee's or Renos does a much better job with their food. Also the philly no longer came with coleslaw and I ordered the sweet potato fries which is a 3.25 up charge and they were not impressive and they didn't offer any particular sauce to go with them. The server did a great job, he should have never let the philly hit the table though, my coworker said it was a sad looking sandwich. Do better.

Atmosphere was awesome, very open, friendly, just the right amount of light and high ceilings. I ordered the Brew house Philly that came with coleslaw, the Philly and fries. The fries were very good but I was not impressed with the coleslaw or the Philly. The coleslaw was chunky cut and not cold. It was large squares of cabbage mixed with some dressing. The bun of the Philly was burned and the meat was very dry. I was really bummed with the sandwich, I was really looking forward to it as I haven't had a Philly in many years. I've had better at a mom and pop bar for half the price. Besides that everything was a...
