Arby's — Restaurant in Lansing

Who ever was making sandwich today Sunday August 13th. Needs to be replaced. I ordered online and I picked up. I ordered a waygu delux And two classic beef n cheddar. When I got there there was no one in drive thru no one on the love so it wasn't busy. She made the waygu burger sloppy and messy my lettuce literally slid on the oor when I opened it. Then instead of my classic beef n chefmdars I just plain beef sandwich. So I go back up there and she gets an attitude cause I brought them.back. she then snatches it out of my hand as I was trying to open it and show the no cheddar. Snatched it out of my hand threw it away saying .... "you good". SMH my entire house which is 8 people that stay 3 blocks away will never be going here again Smh. Poor service and when they mess up they get an attitude like how dare yiu bring your back up and get it fixed. SMH. Very...

The service base. D on the food was crap, They put very little barbecue sauce like barely any on our sandwiches Which included such on the sandwiches.My Jamaica shake didn't taste anything like any Other arby's I get One from And my mom asked for. Know what cream on hers and they still gave her whip cream and it was all On the mobile app.

Then to top things off. We had to wait for 5 minutes from both of our orders. Maybe 10 and they wouldn't even let her into use. The bathroom which on their app does not specify that their lobby hours differ from their drive through hours. It is currently 9 PM and was 8:57 PM when she went to use the bathroom. Worst Arby's in the Lansing area it got 2 stars because it's still Arby's and I do like Arby's. Where do I start, I hate the drive thru because the speaker is insanely loud and there is always seems to be an echo when your talking to the employee which is distracting when you are trying to place your order. The biggest issue here though the is the inconsistency in the food quality, there are times when the food is actually pretty good but then you come back next time and it's terrible. You get cold fries and the meat on the sandwich is cut way too thick or so thin it shreds the meat instead of slicing it. I'll eat here but only as a last resort when it's just not practical to drive to S Cedar or W...
