Myself and a friend went to Arbys today. He went to the counter to place his order and I went to the restroom. The restroom was filthy. The trash can was overflowing. There was trash on top of the urinal. The sink was a disaster. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned for a very long time. So I went to the counter and got the employeeâs attention and told her about the restroom. She looked at me then just looked down. I asked her if she heard me. She said she had. I stated that you didnât acknowledge me. And I stated that because in one ear she had the drive through headset and in her other ear she had an ear bud. So I wasnât sure if she could hear me or not. She then tells me, âI looked at you and that is an acknowledgment.â Then she said that she was concentrating on getting her drawers counted so she could go home.
I will never step into that nasty restaurant again.
In Arbyâs defense the young lady that made the sandwiches my friend ordered was very polite.
I went back in a couple hours later to check to see if the bathroom was cleaned. And it was not. When I spoke to the Manager on duty she told me that she hadnât had time to get it cleaned. I am left to wonder if they didnât have time or do they just not care about cleanliness. If it is that they just donât care, then what else are they not caring about. Do the employees wash their hands after using the restroom and before handling the food. To be fair, I can not say either way. But I have my own thoughts on that subject. Like I said I wonât ever step foot into that porta-potty they call a...
Read moreHorrible experience, served raw chicken, slow service, dirty restraunt, uncaring management.
We were the only diners when we arrived, a carryout came in 5 minutes after we ordered. The restraunt had brewed tea and wouldn't make it, they were out of the bun needed for several sandwhiches. The person who came i after us got her food before us and left. The dining room only had 2 tables that had been wiped off. We ordered 4 meals that took over 15 minutes to prepare our food. Our chicken sandwhich was still raw when received it. Manager only offered to give money back for the 1 sandwhich, she didn't offer to make another sandwhich. Instead she said she was doing the best she could but she had been working 9 hours. I guess she expected my child to watch the rest of is eat. Who could feel comfortbale eating anything now. When I demanded the money back for all meals as we didn't feel cofortbale eating the food she then demanded I bring her back all the food. I made 2 complaints to Arby's and was told I would hear from the store manager. After 10 days I have heard nothing. My daughter could have gotten sick, who knows how many other people they gave raw sandwhiches...
Read moreWorkers are terrible. Food is good. Never have I been to a drive thru order box where I'm expected to talk first...there was no "order whenever you're ready" or "I'll be with you in one second". Just sat there for two mins wondering where the lazy non existent workers were (no other cars in the drive thru) before I started asking if anyone was there. Sure enough, she was just waiting for me to start talking. What a lack of customer service. Other time I went inside (again absolutely zero customers in the lobby), and I stood around waiting for a minute because no cashier was there and the kitchen workers just look over and ignore you. When the lady finally came to take my order there was no "sorry for the wait" or "how are you doing" just a sigh and an angry sounding "can I help you?!" As if I'm inconveniencing her with my desire to order food. I did enjoy the food, the workers need to learn customer service...
