Worst service/experience at any Biggby EVER! Ordered a super specialty coffee with an extra shot, no whip. Was handed a tall something. I stated that's not a super so must not be mine. The woman insisted that I take it saying nothing, just staring at me with the outstretched drink. I handed it back and again stated, I ordered a super with an extra shot; this isn't correct. She hastily grabbed it back and walked away from the window saying nothing. She then came back and gave me the correct-sized cup, again saying nothing, and closed the window. I opened the cup to see a good inch and a half of empty cup (the wrong drink was clearly just poured into a larger cup, with a fresh pile of whip)... I then tapped on the window, she opened it, huffed and said what now? I said, this is not my drink. I repeated my order. She said it is right. It's what you ordered. I said no, again, no whip and there is clearly whip in this cup. She said, I don't know what to tell you. As we were already there for a extended time, I informed her that I need a coupon for a free drink when I came back through because I didn't have time to wait even longer; my daughter needed to be to school on time. She said I can't do anything for you. I don't have a coupon for that. I requested a manager; she said I AM the manager. Goodbye. Have a nice day. Closed the window and walked away. Ā Ā Ā Read morethey're {Staff} very friendly & they will tweek your beverage for you e.g. extra shot of flavoring, when you order a flavored drink(no extra charge), always listing, to pickup your name if you're a regular. and will address you by name whenever your near the counter (ordering or not). allways chitchating , inquiring, as to "how's your day going"? Or saying good morning/afternoon/etc. very sweet people. True that seating is a bit sparce, but yet I've never witnessed, a lack of a seat or table, when anyone needs one. quite often business people frequent here I've overheard business being transacted, seen people being interviewed for jobs. Seems as though people very much enjoy this place; as to the whiners talking about botched orders, occasionaly they have new people that haven't quite got the hang of everything just yet. be patient I'm sure that if that they thought back, they could remember a time when they were new at somthing, some where, that they botched somthing, especialy if they were in some sort of similar place, or situation. So stop & think before you gripe, its not the end of the world. 2017updated review: the atmosphere has changed, the new staff, not as friendly, doesn't seem to be all that busy now. I orders a small black iced mocha coffee with sweet foam on the top and mocha syrup on the side instead of in my coffee bc they like to make coffee too sweet. I got told they have no way of ringing up the mocha on the side š³ like it's a iced mocha coffee you literally just ring up a iced mocha coffee which I'm still paying for and you put it on the side so the customer can add it to their cup. Every other biggbys location has the capability to do this and has but this location can't. You literally just threw away a $15 order with everything that we were gonna order bc you can't comprehend basic requests. If your worried about the darn cup charge me for the cup. This location needs someone with a little more common sense running it. If they can't comprehend this basic request I sure as hell wouldn't trust them with managing money or employees. Do yourself a favor and replace her with someone that has a higher IQ level. Pure ignorance. š I even tried to explain it to them in simple terms and the manager was so rude and ignorant they didn't even want to hear it.
