Update: Dominoes Disappointment: So two days ago I ordered pizza and wings for delivery. A Saturday night. Order arrived about 80 minutes later. The driver did not have my dipping sauce.. And the Tracker device didn't track with the thing that tracks the driver's car. Confusing. A day later I got two emails. One for a free emergency pizza and 20% of my next item order. Fine. I tried to apply these to a new order tonight but they didn't seem to get applied thru the website. Fine. I was in the area doing a dog walk so I swing into the restaurant to just order there and apply these amazing perks. Well .. The guy at the counter said they didn't honor these perks that they are "done from the other side" so he couldn't help me. Further he said they don't do 20% only 15% at best.. I'm so disappointed. I mean this is false advertising and it certainly makes the 20% off discount apology stink. U can see below I was enthusiastic about this particular dominoes restaurant. I gotta rethink that.
Dominoes to the rescue. I was jonesing for a Lil Caesars hot-n-ready but when I dropped into the local Lil Caesars I was told there would be a 45 min wait. Mind you, this is the pizza you are supposed to receive instantly. Cool. From my phone I ordered wings and a meatza pizza from this Dominoes. Order was ready in 20 minutes. Read moreThere shouldn’t be any reason why when I call nobody is answering the phone. As being a former worker for dominos, I HATED THAT!!! I can’t stand when the workers just let the phone ring!!! Especially when you’re trying to modify your order and nobody is picking up. Nobody wants a messed up pizza and have to wait another 10 minutes for their order to be prepared right. That’s absolutely ridiculous how I can’t get ahold of anyone! Plus sometimes I get left sitting at the window, even AFTER I RING THE BELL! That’s just absolutely ridiculous. If yall can’t come to work and do yall jobs right, it’s that time to find a different job. Yall don’t understand how yall would feel if someone that is making your food or prepared your food is being rude and not even half the job they got hired for. Yeah I will no longer use this location. I’ll stay going to e state road for now on. Definitely need a GM to visit the location and have a talk with the employees and managers. Also, I hope there’s a way to track the phones so yall can see that the phones aren’t being answered!! We ordered online they told us it was ready, arrived at the drive through and proceeded to wait 7.5 minutes while five employees each walked past the window multiple times. I honked three times all very audibly for many moments, upon taking my card I had to remind the employee twice that she forgot my drink. I requested a receipt, when receiving my card no receipt was given. She told me you cannot receive a receipt in the drive through. I've been going to this branch since it had opened and had been given a receipt numerous times in the drive through before. Upon arriving home our pizza was not thoroughly cut and pieces fell apart, as well as some of the topping had been put on the side of the pizza where no toppings were requested. This review was left a year ago, and this just happened again, tonight!!! My bread bowl past was burt, and I waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes, yes all five people in the kitchen saw me, especially when I laid on the hor n, 4 separate times.. this will be the last time...
