Subway — Restaurant in Lansing

At 4:28, we were craving an elite or comparable. Walked out empty handed. Dude said hey then looked at the sandwich he was working on. My wife and I were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. I decided to let him finish making it so I used the restroom pretty quick. Came out and stood at the counter. He said nothing. I stood there as he looked at a receipt and crossed things out and readied new sandwiches papers. Time passed by while I waited patiently and he continued to say nothing………… not even an, “I have to finish these and it will be about 10-15 minutes”. Nothing whatsoever. Then I exclaimed to my wife, in a volume he could hear, that he just pulled out a bunch more papers and we might as well go because I have no idea why he is just not taking my order. When I took the survey on the receipt, I gave them a "highly dissatisfied", because I was. I was overcharged, they didn't care, rang up my items under more expensive items, a woman claimed she was the manager and was no help. I received an email from Stay Evans telling me those low scores were undeserved and basically I didn't know what I was talking about because that woman was NOT the manager even though she claimed to be. That's it. In no way shape or form did she ask anything about my experience in the email. I will never go to this location again. Drive the extra few minutes and go to one of Leavenworth's locations. But IF you do go to this location, always get your receipt and check it, not that it matters though because you won't get your hard...

Went there today and asked for a salad. The lady was running low on a lot of veggies. So instead of replacing them she starting skimping my son and boyfriend's sandwiches. My boyfriend got two cucumbers on a footlong. My son asked her for onions three times and she kept pretending like she didn't hear him, because the onions were so low. My salad was half the size it usually is. She didn't use the salad chopper like they should. They had no knives so I had rip apart the veggies...
