Poor service, manager was incredibly rude. Made an online order through there app for pick up and had to return a second time because they said they did not have the order but it was in fact at that location. It took them around an hour to complete a 2 meal order. They were not busy. The manager was rude, tried to lie about why I was told they didnt have the order the first time and why I still had to wait for it to get done after arriving the second time. Completely dismissive, unapologetic and just very rude. Insulted my intelligence dodging any actual responsiblity for my order not being done tellling me stories about mcdonalds app being 3rd party which i guess means it is not capable of communicating between consumers and the establishment and that even though there is a basic idea for trying to make people order ahead online or with a phone application that seemingly its set up for the to not receive the ill communication until the customer actually arrives there seemingly because of the person and there app entering some imaginary proximity blah blah just utter bull. Normally I would brush this off but her attitude if I let it would have had me leaving feeling as if I had done something catastrophic. She had no time or concern to address or validate how choosing mcdonalds for breakfast had made my day a pain in the ass so I requested a contact for customer service which initially she denied but after insisting she actually made up a fictitious number to write on a napkin that was for some random private number. She can rest knowing I found the real number that i needed to make a formal complaint to her corporate office. I dont know what mcdonalds is doing because I couldnt see trusting her with toilet paper being successful, so much less the dollar paper in my register and the people bringing those to me. It makes me wonder what kind of quality the person that decided she was the kind of quality capable of being the manager of even a trash can being emptied more...

Thankfully I did have cash. Then I was told to order at the 1st window. Kind of weird but ok. I finally place order at 1st window. It takes another 15 minutes to get from the pay window to the pick up window. When I finally get to the pick up window they ask what I ordered?! I told them and then they start arguing with eachother about already making the order. They ask for my receipt so they can go START my order. By this time I have been in line for well over an hour. The workers seemed to have no sense of urgency at all. Finally I receive my order about 10min later. I ordered 2 mcdoubles with no onions or mustard, 2 regular mcdoubles, a 4 piece chicken nugget with BBQ and a LG coke. I finally get home and guess what? Order isn't right. All mcdoubles were regular. No BBQ with nuggets. I have been a restaurant manager for 18 years. I hate leaving bad reviews because I get it. I realize fast food is a bit different, and we all know how hard it is right now to find people but WOW. I don't understand how you can be THIS bad at all levels. 1 half way decent cook could have made that line move 10x faster. Then they need my receipt to START making the food and then STILL mess it up? Im at a loss for words.
