MP Social — Restaurant in Lansing

Would give this place zero stars if I could. The service is terrible and the management is so beyond rude. We waited over an hour and a half for our food because apparently the manager ran out of bread and needed to go to the store. Instead of relaying this to us up front, they just dragged us along pretending they didn’t know how long it would take, totally lying and misleading us. Finally we asked if we could just pay for our drinks and leave and they charged us for the food we didn’t even get. When I asked to speak with the manager, they sent out a bartender who conveniently now had our food. We explained we waited over an hour and a half for food and we didn’t even want it because we were leaving and they argued with us about how long we waited. I even explained to them I have a text to my friend that says “I’m here” that was sent at a specific time and they really raised their voices at us and argued with us that because our food eventually came out, we had to pay for it whether we wanted it or not. So we paid and left but I cannot express how absolutely disgusted I am with the management there. 0/10. First experience here was not as good as expected, my friends waited roughly an hour and a half for food and when spoke to the manager she tried argued with us around the time frame we waited, told us an hour and a half was the normal wait time for food being very hostile towards our concerns. Management was a huge disappointment with how customer concerns were addressed. Will not be going back here unless they change...
