I ordered the jalapeno steak dinner it was bland and for a thin steak it was extremely tough took me forever to chew up one piece on top of the fact that are fighting nats the whole entire time we were eating when we bought it to the waitress's attention her reply was I know we have vinegar water out everywhere when we asked for Pico and sour cream we were charged $3 for the Pico alone which should have came with the meal it took forever for us to get our meal I was extremely disappointed and I will not be returning

Pablo's restaurant feels like family. The decor feels like you are in Mexico. The music in the background is comfortable to visit. The food is excellent with reasonable prices. We love to have Yentry to make our Margaritas. He adds his personal touch. The owner is there often and willing to converse with his customers making sure all is to the customers liking. Excellent service and food. I have never had a bad meal here. Highly recommend.

Stopped by while the family shopped at the hobby shop next door. Only had a drink and chips w/salsa but it was great! Friendly staff, clean restaurant, amazing drink and free chips n salsa... Who cold ask for more? Definitely will return and will schedule more time for another drink and a dinner plate! They have breakfast all day as well! 10/10 do not miss!

Pablo’s Mexican Restaurant on the east side of Lansing is a hidden gem for authentic, delicious Mexican food. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they offer a fantastic selection of flavorful dishes that taste homemade. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are bold and satisfying.

One of the highlights of Pablo’s is their tacos—simple, classic, and packed with authentic flavor. Whether you prefer carne asada, al pastor, or barbacoa, they always hit the spot. Their burritos and enchiladas are also excellent choices, loaded with perfectly seasoned meats, beans, and cheese. If you're a fan of breakfast burritos, Pablo’s serves some of the best around, making it a great place to start your day.

The atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back, with a cozy, no-frills feel that lets the food shine. The service is friendly and efficient, and even during busy hours, the wait times are reasonable. Whether you're dining in or grabbing food to go, you can count on a great experience.

If you're craving authentic Mexican food in Lansing, Pablo’s is a must-visit. It’s the kind of place that keeps you coming back for more, and once you try it, you’ll see why...

Pretty disappointing experience overall.. I had high hopes here based on the reviews..

Started out rough trying to place my order because staff here barely speaks English. Once I got my food, though, the disappointment really began.. my American style taco was filled so high with lettuce and tomato that I could barely even get it out of the Togo container, let alone eat it like a taco.. it was also just sitting in a weird watery liquid, not even grease or oil, but watery. So the tortilla was all soggy and nasty. Could barely eat that taco. My Mexican tacos were better, but pretty meh. The ground beef they use is very grainy and kinda dry, almost puréed like refried beans or something rather than ground beef. Not really seasoned or anything, pretty bland. But it was edible at least. Green salsa they give you is honestly quite good, that stuff saved my tacos a little. The red salsa however has a very strange taste to it.. almost like a gasoline sort of smell/after taste. Really bizarre. I had to toss that.

Rice was pretty good.

Overall, this place is just rough.. poor quality food and terrible quality control from top to bottom. Not what if expect from Mexican food served by a...

This was an incredibly bad dining experience for us! We waited 15 minutes for service, and only after I waved a server over did they come. The chimichanga I ordered was STUFFED with rice, and very little chicken. The men's bathroom was filthy, with no paper towel in the dispenser. It also appears as if there was urine on the floor. We were there for a Sunday Blues event, and there was a speaker indoors piping the music inside for those not wanting to be out with the band. About 45 minutes into our visit, the manager walked up without a word and unplugged the speaker and then cranked up the house music. When I expressed how rude that was to do that, he plugged the speaker back in and then crank the house music up twice as loud as it was before. We will absolutely not be back at this...
