Read morePretty disappointing experience overall.. I had high hopes here based on the reviews..
Started out rough trying to place my order because staff here barely speaks English. Once I got my food, though, the disappointment really began.. my American style taco was filled so high with lettuce and tomato that I could barely even get it out of the Togo container, let alone eat it like a taco.. it was also just sitting in a weird watery liquid, not even grease or oil, but watery. So the tortilla was all soggy and nasty. Could barely eat that taco. My Mexican tacos were better, but pretty meh. The ground beef they use is very grainy and kinda dry, almost puréed like refried beans or something rather than ground beef. Not really seasoned or anything, pretty bland. But it was edible at least. Green salsa they give you is honestly quite good, that stuff saved my tacos a little. The red salsa however has a very strange taste to it.. almost like a gasoline sort of smell/after taste. Really bizarre. I had to toss that.
Rice was pretty good.
Overall, this place is just rough.. poor quality food and terrible quality control from top to bottom. Not what if expect from Mexican food served by a...
Read moreThis was an incredibly bad dining experience for us! We waited 15 minutes for service, and only after I waved a server over did they come. The chimichanga I ordered was STUFFED with rice, and very little chicken. The men's bathroom was filthy, with no paper towel in the dispenser. It also appears as if there was urine on the floor. We were there for a Sunday Blues event, and there was a speaker indoors piping the music inside for those not wanting to be out with the band. About 45 minutes into our visit, the manager walked up without a word and unplugged the speaker and then cranked up the house music. When I expressed how rude that was to do that, he plugged the speaker back in and then crank the house music up twice as loud as it was before. We will absolutely not be back at this...
