Cato Fashions — Local services in Lansing

As I don't live close by I don't visit this very often. I wish they had a store near the west side of Lansing as their selection of clothes is plentiful along with fair prices. I really enjoy shopping here except for December 1. One of the clerks was SO LOUD in telling her coworker about her trip to Bronner's and Biggby's and her distaste for Michigan basements and peas and other things that were of little interest to anyone within the entire store . If the coworker walked further away tending to the racks and sweeping she just yelled louder. She was so obnoxious!! Shopping should be fun...this girl made it less...

At one point I began stopping by here once a week. Even if I was just going to "window shop" I always ended up buying something. Whoever styles the mannequins does an excellent job. The sales ladies have always been welcoming and helpful with warm personalities, with the exception of Liz. She is rude and brash. If she is working, I turn around and leave. As much as I like the clothes and love the accessories, I refuse to spend my hard earned money in a place where I'm treated by someone who is ill-mannered with a nasty...

I went out of my way just to go to this Cato store. I had been there briefly once before and made note to stop in once again. It was late. I didnt want to be too long. The salesgirl greeted me. Then let me know if she could be of service. I grabbed a few things to try on. She helped get me different sizes. She helped me get different colors.
