I have seen new employees be entered like clockwork at this location and the toppings are never stocked. I went in today and the first employee mumbles to where I barely can hear him “take a look at what we have before you order” which there wasn’t any toppings but I figured they would have stock in the back, so granted I should’ve asked but then after they started the order and they told me they have nothing, I asked if I could get a discount and I would still take the sandwich but I am not gonna pay full price for a sandwich that only has half of the ingredients. The first employee says “that’s not how that works” , So I canceled my order no big deal whatever, but then the first employee says “thanks for wasting our food” which there was no need to say that anyways, to which “ I said thank you for wasting my time” and then the second employee says and proceeds to say “bye bye” and as I am leaving says “have fun being hungry”. So sounds like management isn’t doing their job keeping the store stocked for business and customer service is absolutely horrible at the smallest...
Read moreWent to this location TWICE, guy said he only made 5 ghost pepper breads for the day. I settled for another option while he was making my sandwich. I told him I had a coupon, which he said they are not accepting coupons at the time, if a sandwich will be $13 plus tax I politely declined and left. Came back a couple days later, again with my coupon and the guy state it, they would not take coupons because Their reader was not able to read the coupon, and they were not doing any manual adjustments... Respectfully declined for the second time. It will not go back to this location. Went right around to Cedar and Jolly Subway. Not only did they accept my coupon, they made the best sandwich in lansing, michigan!!! KUDDOS TO THE CEDAR @ JOLLY...
Read moreWaited for 10 mins or more before i walked out the person in front of me said he had been there 12 mins prior to that now the setting 2 employees working 1 family in front of the gentleman in front of me now 1 of the employees was making what could have been an online order not sure exactly she acted like nothing else mattered while the other guy was obviously struggling to work around her hardly got a gretting at this point not even a sorry it's gonna be a few minutes no nothing so I stand there and wait now I've been to other subways that there was only 1 person working with 5 ppl in front of me and gotten better service faster so after the neglect of your employees I turned and left completely...
