Well went from loyal costumer to never eating here again, so if you order online for delivery they will switch it to pick up right after ya pay,(Something goofy on there end) Happened twice is how I know it was indeed not my fault,but the 2nd time the vehicle was home, So we was able to pick them up. So when my delivery order changed to pickup I called them and canceled it right away( LIKE IT SAYS TO DO). So now a few days have passed and still no money returned to my card. mind you I gave the delivery driver a $10 tip on $38 order that I wasn't able to pick up. Now they are giving me the run around after I have gave them all the info numerous times,I still haven't gotten anything from them. So if your order gets messed up and you have to cancel, they made it pretty clear they aren't giving me my.money back on food...
Read more0 STARS!!! Tried calling this Wingstop to place a takeout order, and it was a complete disaster. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude, barely spoke English, and acted like he had never taken a call before. Instead of helping, he just fumbled through the conversation like he had no idea what he was doing. After getting transferred a couple of times, I quickly realized the whole staff was the same—rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.
