My first visit to Bingo Coffee Roasters was an immersive experience in fine coffee sourcing, cultivation and selection, roasting and preparation, and coffee etiquette! The owner Steve took care of me personally and guided in selecting the best espresso I have tasted in over a decade.

A visit to Bingo starts with selecting the type of bean you want for your coffee, then how it is prepared, and then what is added to the beverage for enhancements.

I selected to have an espresso from his very best bean in the store, Peruvian. It was smooth, pleasant, and had a great feel. The coffee was so good that it was not necessary to even add one drop of sugar.
