These two stars are for the staff behind the front desk and Heidi, who are all lovely. They actually deserve five stars. They are kind, responsive and great customer service. Pam is also terrific. She did IPL treatments and was so informative and professional. Highly recommend Pam.

But that is where it stops. Dr. V, who I do think understands what she's doing, has a terrible bedside manner and makes mistakes without apology. Under her advisement, I did Dysport for my frown lines and then had half my mouth frozen and couldn't smile. I went back because I was so confused as to what had happened and was told the toxin had settled that way. She was very dismissive with "it will wear off in a few weeks". Um, no, no it doesn't. It took months for my smile to come back. Then I tried filler where she did not let the numbing agent take effect before starting and I about went through the ceiling with pain. Her response, "well what did you expect" like I was some kind of idiot. But the thing that got me so upset was that she put Dysport in my forehead when I didn't ask for it because she didn't listen to what Heidi told her (This was NOT Heidi's fault. She was clear in what needed to be done). No apology. Just "I need to do the other side to make it even now." Guess what? It's isn't even. And my already hooded eyelids are significantly drooping, which is a known side effect and the whole reason why I didn't ask for it in my forehead. Then as I'm leaving she is all about asking me who does my hair color because it looks great and have I lost weight? Please. I don't need your phony pandering. So after all the money I paid, I'm wishing for it to wear off quickly. The first time, shame on you. The second (and third) time, shame on me. I should have paid attention to...

About two years ago I visited this location to have a laser procedure as well as fillers. The laser procedure was ok, ( I ended up just getting surgery to achieve the results I desired) But the fillers exceeded my expectations by far! Dr. V and her staff were very comforting, gentle, and patient since it was it was my first time having any work done. Recently, I decide to try them again and scheduled an appointment for fillers. My appointment was for 1/6/2022. On 1/5/2022 I was involved in a car accident. Due to this unfortunate emergency, I was unable to make my appointment. The phone call I got from this clinic regarding my missed appointment was extremely rude and heartless! From the moment the receptionist called, I apologized profusely and informed her that I was involved in an accident and naturally, forgot to call to reschedule. Her exact words were “I waisted their time" and “We could have gave the appointment to somebody else so next time make sure you call.” Not once did she even ask if I’m ok, for all she knew the accident could have been fatal or I could have been injured! I was treated like a number instead of a human bring! She was not compassionate or understanding of my situation, instead she was rude and crass! I would have gladly paid a deposit just to reschedule but unfortunately this has ruined me getting any other procedures from them as I will not be returning due to the way...

If I could leave more than five stars , I would. I’ve been a client at Vboutique for many years. Dr Vanden Bosch, herself, is an expert injector and the only physician I trust for my neurotoxin and professional advice on treatments and such to keep me looking as young as possible. Recently, I’ve done a series of Fotona Dynamic Pro Laser treatments with Pamela Consbruck. These treatments include 4D Face, Lip Lase , Neck Lase and Tight sculpting on the abdomen. I have been more than pleased to with my results on all of these. I am in my 60th year and , on more than one occasion, have been told, without my own mention, my skin looks incredible. As well, Pam is a true professional and has great knowledge of the treatments she uses, and of esthetics in general. She is great at pinpointing what your needs, detailed in her work and very understanding. I actually appreciate the entire staff including Heidi who is immaculate with her skincare knowledge and great assistance to Dr V, and Saira who keeps it all together - timely, organized , knowledgeable and always cheerful.
