Wendy's — Restaurant in Lantana

I just ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo and the new specialty bacon cheeseburger combo and the total was $28! She obviously couldn’t understand my order because I had to repeat myself 4 times. While trying to figure out why it was so expensive, I looked at the receipt and they rung up triple patties for both and upgraded the combos to large fries and drinks that we didn’t ask for and certainly wouldn’t be able to finish. So we went inside to nicely ask them to correct our order and they gave us a small credit but wouldn’t fix the sandwiches. The Haitian clerk kept saying “you can keep it” and I kept saying I don’t want triple patties, I just want singles. I don’t think he even spoke English because he kept repeating himself while all of the Haitian staff behind him were laughing and snickering at me so I decided to keep the sandwiches and leave. Once I got home I realized how nasty the sandwiches were made. They were sloppy, soggy and gross. The fries were half undercooked and half overcooked greasy and cold. The large sodas I didn’t want were watered down and tasteless. I’ve literally never had this many problems with one simple order for 2 people that I paid $23 for and couldn’t even eat! I came through the drive-thru around 1:00 a.m. and the woman working the drive-thru was rude while I was ordering or maybe she's just an aggressive talker. I got myself a biggie bag. Any ways, when I pulled around to the window there was one vehicle ahead of me. After the woman working the drive-thru handed them their food she leaned out of the window for almost 5 minutes having a conversation with them. Finally it was my turn. As a side note: No matter where I go when I order a drink I always make sure it tastes straight before I leave because the syrup or carbonation could be off and I don't want to end up with a stale drink. I checked my Dr pepper when she gave it to me and it ended up being flat. So, I asked for a root beer instead. I had just worked a 12 hr shift at work without getting the chance to eat. So it's safe to say I was hangry. I checked my food, it all appeared correct....... When I got home to eat my chicken sandwich the chicken ended up being rock hard and over cooked. It wasnt edible at all. Instead of beating able to eat everything and be full I ended up with a child's portion; 4 nuggest and a small fry. Safe to say I'm less than thrilled. Word of advice..... THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I visited the drive through on 12/9 @ 12:30. I had a coupon for a free kids meal that YOUR ORGANIZATION HANDED OUT and the lady at taking my order is extremely unpleasant sounding. Had a tone of being annoyed and rushing me constantly through the order. Once I got to the window she and another lady, who I assume was a team lead or something, were extremely rude about not taking the coupon that clearly stated this location was participating with the coupon until 12/31. They both refused to call their manager to verify and were getting loud and extremely rude. In that moment I decided I would rather drive 15 minutes further to spend my money at a location where the OWNER CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
