Hey guys! Here is the message I just emailed to corporate about your fantastic location!
Five times! Five times in a row this Burger King has gotten my order wrong, and the customer service is just awful. This last order (12/10 at 2:51PM) I did not get an Original Chicken Sandwich, any of the sauce I asked for and my onion rings were very cold. Order#875158 Reg 6 - Drive Thru Employee 632143 Name Sherry. The woman at the 2ND window that handed me the food was horrible. No smile, bad attitude and practically threw the bag at me without saying a word and then guess what? My order was wrong. My last four experiences were not any better. Just in the past month, I had a Rodeo Burger with no BBQ sauce on it, dealt with that same rude employee in the drive thru, and the food that they charged me for but did not put in the bag includes 2 whopper jrs, a large onion ring and the Original Chicken Sandwich I mentioned earlier. The number of mistakes, and carelessness I have experienced at this location is completely embarrassing. I been in the employees shoes before. I worked at the BK in Binghamton, NY while attending college. I know what is expected of BK employees and this location does not begin to meet the slightest expectations. Long wait times. Horrible Customer Service, Cold Food, Missing items in multiple orders. That location has now lost my business. IF I do return to Burger King it will be the Imlay City, MI location because the Lapeer location has lost any and all trust I ever placed in them. Corporate should be embarrassed and humiliated that their company is being represented is such an unprofessional and disgusting manner. I have brought my complaints to a manager before. An older, heavyset woman simply said "sorry" and walked away to continue working. Customers are not valued, not treated with an ounce of respect and they are delivering a poor product. As a multiple business owner myself, I would not tolerate such negligence from employees and whoever trained these careless and incompetent individuals. It is my sincere hope that you do not either. I may never return to this location, however taking action may very well save countless other customers from the experiences I have had there. I regret the last five orders I placed there, so I can only imagine the number of dissatisfied customers the Lapeer location has, who have just not taken the time to speak up. Do something...
Read moreThe older heavy set female manager here was very disrespectful to my children and I. As I walked away after she was rude to my children she proceeded to speak VERY loudly and disrespectfully about me to another employee. She did so sarcastically but in a way that was obvious she meant for my children who were still at the counter and I to hear along with the man behind them. She was out of line and had absolutely no reason to do so. Prior to her doing this my twins were excited to be there and order and pay for items for themselves. She did this and totally upset them and myself. When I said something to her about it she continued to be disrespectful and tried to argue. She refused to tell me her name saying 'I have no name' and she wore no name tag. In the picture she is the one on the right. My family will never spend another cent at this location ever again. She has ruined it to the point where we won't return. Other customers who also saw her being disrespectful to my children and I agree too many other places to go instead. Read moreFirst of all, Danielle should be fired!!! After 5 minutes of ignoring us, finally came to take our order with a BIG chip on her shoulder. Rushed us along, got mad about us using a coupon code, then quickly checked my husband out without even asking me if I wanted something!! Seriously!!! I stood there for another 5-ish minutes waiting her someone to come back. In the meanwhile, she threw down my husbands burger on the counter, called his name then turned around and ignored me. I asked then yelled a few times for someone to come over and take my order! Nothing. Ultimately, I walked over to Arby’s and got my sandwich in less than 2 minutes!
Came back and started eating in the car and discover Hubbys Impossible Whopper was regular beef. SOOO we took that back inside, and asked someone else. Danielle heard the complaint and promptly argued telling us what we ordered! NOT. If she paid attention to us for 2 seconds she would have heard our order correctly!!
I will never be back to this location, and I hope the owner reads this and helps Danielle find another job. One she doesn’t have to work...
