Last year, on a very hot day, the driver sat in my parking lot for 5 minutes with his windows down, texting someone while my food and sodas got warm and watery. I went up to his truck, and retrieved my own food. The worst part? He didn't seem to believe him sitting out in his truck with my food while he was texting whoever was a problem. And what is it with drivers not following instructions? I am a heart patient and I have a metal door that is very loud. The noise from someone knocking startles me, gets my heart started, and then I have my loop recorder monitoring company calling me to ask if I am okay. The last three times I ordered from here (including today), the drivers ignored the note on my order, AND the note on my door saying to knock QUIETLY, and just banged on the door. I'd put it in the notes to not knock at all because I'm monitoring JJ's tracker already, but they'd probably just ignore that too. Sorry, my health isn't worth getting "freaky fast" subs. I won't be ordering...
Read moreI like their service but they need to work on the quality of their food. If I wouldn't eat it for free why would I even give it to my dog, just my opinion people have their own tastes for example I cant stand pickels or olives. So if you enjoy their food then continue to enjoy. Customer service and employees are great, convenience is what seperates them from the rest. They really are "freaky fast" when it comes to delivery but ease up on the pedal dont run people over driving out of that realtively small plaza. Its a dangerous enough plaza already without worrying about a delivery driver throwing their car in reverse and slamming on the gas. Almost got hit once which is why I even brought that complaint up. Otherwise a solid buisness but simply not for everyone,...
Read moreOrdered a pick up order for the first time from the Jimmy John's in Lapeer. I was out running around so super convenient to do it online, just grab it and take it home to the family. Boy, was I wrong. Although specifying to add onions to a sub and to cut all of them in half, neither of those things were done, which really didn't matter as much as the subs they messed up for my kids. My son has an egg allergy and can not have mayo, which they put all over his sub and left my daughter's dry. I'm not sure why reading the carefully laid out instructions on a piece of paper is so hard for these folks, but my suggestion is to go in and watch them closely. Otherwise, you might not get what...
