Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Laramie

The food is kind of cooked inconsistently. Sometimes the rice and beans is cooked perfectly along with the meat and all the salsas are mixed well and taste great. Sometimes the rice is undercooked and hard or the beans are overcooked and mushy. I work there so I am biased to say that’s it good but it genuinely is. The proportion issues have been fixed for the most part and the cooking is pretty consistent now it wasn’t when we opened. The restaurant is good there is always room for improvement I’ve eaten there dozens of times and I still think their food is really good. 👎👎👎 to the haters go...

For everyone complaining about the small portions and unhygienic conditions, you really should just email corporate. Especially if you can get pictures of what you're referring to. The food is okay at best. But, like every other restaurant of theirs, it's just so dang noisy. I mean I really think that they need to get a new design for inside their restaurants. I too got a really small portion. At this point, I think they should start charging us for kids size bowls or something if they can't figure it out...

Food: The Meat was cold and OLD. They refused to make more since they closed on 75 minutes!

Food: Rice was Hard. My son threw away half his $14.00 burrito.

Service: everything was a hassle. The portions were VERY small to prevent making more food at 8:47 pm
