I want to say that the coffee is good, But the people making the coffee really need to pay attention to what theyâre doing. One time of an error is Ok, But Iâve already gone through three different errors and that is not OK. The first time I got a coffee, They had my order wrong when I specified clearly in the beginning, what I wanted. That order wasnât even for me in the first place, so thatâs kind of what made it a little worse for me since it was for somebody else. The second time, An ingredient was not included, which I I donât know if they charge extra for it, but they forgot to add it. The third time they forgot to add cold foam, And I told them that thereâs no cold foam on it and they put whipped cream instead, But they added one shart of it on the cup almost dissolving into the cup. Iâm pretty disappointed I wish that the workers would pay a little more attention to how the drinks are being made, And theyâre not even complicated orders, I canât imagine how itâs done when the orders are actually complicated. Another thing is that some of these employees do have kind of an attitude when you tell them that the order is wrong. Wish they would pay more attention to how orders are done and how they treat the customers, And actually fixing the order correctly . I visit 7 brew several times per week and order the same beverage every time but on June 25th my beverage had no flavor and I threw it away (it wasnât good). Last night I went again for my drink and asked to speak to the manager about my previous visit to see if something could be done about it. I was provided with a business card (picture below) and decided to write an email to inform both 7 brew and my followers about the resolution to such issue. I did not only receive a quick response via email but also spoke to Treviño via telephone and she offered me several options to make things right for its customers. She not only offered to replace my drink from the 25th but also informed me that if a customer is not satisfied with the drink that their brewista made them that they can always replace it with a new one. My husband and I went on a weekend and didnât drink our drink till getting home, it tasted bitter and sour. I then placed drink in refrigerator. I went days later when I was available to explain this is the first time their drinks were off and was told âsorry you didnât return it right away so you can buy anotherâ. I was like here is the drink you can see itâs not drank, you are seeing my buying history. I asked to speak to manager who was another young girl with no customer service skills and was told âcompany policy is company policy so you can buy another nowâ.
