H-E-B — Local services in Laredo

I hope this is seen by HEB CO. the female receiver that receives merchandise her name is Gracie she humiliates all the receivers she talks to everyone disrespectful she has no manners leaves you waiting out. She is very arrogant and she is in a power trip. She leaves you outside in the rain and she doesn't want you to move at all when you stand in line. HEB is known for great service and having humanity because when their is a disaster HEB is their she has no sense of humanity. She humiliates you if you have no pen to write and threatens to call your employment. This is very sad because people work to support family's not to be humiliated and treated with disrespect.Please HEB have a look and talk to the receivers to see how GRACIES treats the company's that leaves merchandise because without company's merchandise HEB would only have HEB's products. When an HEB trailer arrives she lets you waiting to attend the HEB trailer some else is needed to receives other company's merchandise until the HEB trailer is unloaded . The deliveries have to be wait at least an hr. Another issues if you walk in the front entrance of HEB to leave orders you will be bannned. All the delivery drivers have had issues with her because she is disrespectful and has an attitude. Having her there an accident can happen because she fraustrated the delivery drivers and not only that gets you in trouble because she leaves everyone waiting. All drivers are time .IF YOU ARE A DRIVER THAT LEAVES MERCHANDISE PLEASE LEAVE HOW GRACIE HAS TREATED YOU BECAUSE THIS HUMILATION NEEDS TO STOP HEB NEEDS TO KNOW HOW SHE IS TREATING THE PEOPLE THAT LEAVES MERCHANDISE IN...

The store is very clean, organized, and has a good variety of items. The customer service center to pay utility bills, buy money orders, etc. is usually very quick, so you don't see the long lines that other HEB locations have. If you go during the morning hours, the store isn't crowded at all and you can shop with all the space and time you need to browse around and make your selections in peace.

However, one downside as of late is the push to use the self-checkout. I know it's available, I know how to use it (although it always gets stuck for some reason or another and you have to call an employee over to help), but maybe sometimes I'd rather have someone scan and bag my items? Most employees will ask you once if you'd like to go the self-checkout lane and if you say no will let you be, but there is this young lady (I don't know her name but have seen her in the mornings) who keeps asking, and even after you say and shake your head no, she keeps asking. It gets annoying very fast. If you're not giving me a discount or paying me to check and bag my own groceries, then let me stand in line for a couple of minutes at the regular lanes. Love this HEB , sorry I don't have photos to because I have no complaints at all. Heb on Del Mar Blvd at North Creek Plaza is my #1 go to HEB here in Laredo Texas.✌🏽❤️🤗✨️✨️

Also , when there are long lines , there are always managers and Supervisors who will immediately open up another checkout lane to help out the cashiers and to decrease the traffic of ppl in long lines at this particular HEB. Everything is neat, clean, and sanitized in each aisle. The floors are almost always clean and shiny.✌🏽❤️🤗✨️✨️ Oh, floors are slip-resistant,too.✝️💪🏽✌🏽❤️

Another thing, the pharmacy at this Heb is the best , too, because my prescriptions are refilled within 10 to 30 minutes . For me this Heb pharmacy is fast , accurate, friendly, very caring and professional, and knowledgeable when comes to my prescribed medication. ✌🏽❤️🤗✨️✨️
