We came here as a last resort for mom y grandmas 62nd Birthday. We were a party of 20 people, the waitress was super nice, trying to be as fast as she could. The managers were just standing there most of the time watching her struggle a bit. It's frustrating that they only serve you 2 tortillas at a time. We ordered several plates and parialldas for 4 ppl and got 4 tortillas. My issue with all of this is why can't the managers help the cooks make the food faster in a timely manner and why can't they help the waitresses that have hig party tables. We arrived at 7pm, waited for family till 730pm, took the order around 750 we didn't get our food till about an hour and 20 minutes later. All because management decided to just stand back and watch instead of help. I wasn't even mad at the waitress, she kept apologizing and trying to bring everything everyone needed. Everyone left her a tip because she worked her tail off for us. However we were very upset with...
Read moreFor one the food was mouth watering like always, BUT the plate that it was served on was very unacceptable. There could have been many ppl that could have made a difference, from the cook itself to the waitress that took the plate to my table. As you all can see the plate should be out of circulation and should be disposed of properly being that a chip of the plate could injure someone if it would happen to fall on the food. I am not complaining about the food at all but the staff should look out for the consumer and the restaurant as it being their employment. I hope someone within the staff has seen the plate and trashed it. I know that with the hard times we are going through right now it makes it even harder to support our local restaurants but I just hope the restaurants do realize we also take a risk when we support them by...
Read moreI went with my parents on a Saturday (post-COVID) around 9:30 p.m. They closed at 10, but the lettering on the door still says 11. Going in close to closing time might explain the waitress's less than enthusiastic service. The enchiladas were good, but I do not recommend their burritos. No enchiladas callejeras on the menu here. The ternera was good and it was big, but no rice, beans, or cheese were in the burrito. It did have avocado, but honestly, I couldn't even taste it. The shredded lettuce was a nice touch. Their tres leches cake was good and the carrot cake was great. The other waitstaff in the restaurant was pleasant...
