I had to go pick up my food after OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF when it was supposed to be a DELIVERY. Placed the order at 6:05pm and was notified through the dominos app it was delivered around 6:35pm and nothing. So of course we call and they give some excuse along the lines of “Glitch in the app, the driver is taking out multiple orders, theyll be there in a few minutes”. It really shouldnt have taken that long because we literally live down the road from dominos. After another 15 minutes of nothing, we call again are told by someone else “Oh yeah the driver is just heading out now. It should be about 6 minutes.” 15 minutes later still nothing. We call again and ask to speak to a manager who places us on hold while they contact the driver. We were left on hold for so long we had enough time to think and decide if we should go into the store ourselves and did. By the time we get to the store it is 7:20pm and the manager tell us theyll have the driver come back with our order and theyll be here in 10 minutes. Why would i want that same old cold pizza that we ordered over an hour ago?? We ask to have it made again and the manager says 10 minutes. We wait 20 minutes and nobody comes back to us so we go up ourselves and ask if our food is ready. After an hour and a half we get our pizza and an apology and that was barely even an apology from the supposed “manager”. No other compensation except credit for our next order. We literally waited over an hour and a half, went out of our way to pick up an order that was supposed to be a delivery, and that was it. The fact that we had to pick up an order meant for delivery says enough. The fact that it took over an hour and a half is ridiculous. Read moreI order a pizza around 9:00pm, it was a $50-$60 order and was very excitedly awaiting it. On the Dominos tracking system I saw it said delivered, yet I had not received my order. I called the store three times and each time they were very rude, giving excuses that the tracking system isn't accurate or they couldn't contact the driver, and each story was different since I talked to 2 different employees. I then asked to speak to the manager and got switched between two different people, who again gave me different information and I had to repeat the issue 4 times to different people. Finally, the last employee 'manager' started arguing with me over the phone, not offering any solution and saying that I put in my address incorrectly, which is nonsense since I have my mail delivered to my address, other food orders, my lease is under that address, etc. He also had the audacity to say that my lease put the address incorrectly. The reason for this confusion is there is two apartment complexes with the same name next to one another but they have big numbers with different addresses at the entrance, he was arguing about google saying I was incorrect about MY address. Read moreI ordered 3 large pizzas, 2 order of wings and sent my brother to pick it up. Him not knowing the order, he came home without one pizza and sauces I paid for. I call and this place offers me something free for the inconvenience, I say I don't want anything free, I just want what I paid for, and I asked if they could deliver since we had dove all the way over there and we were already home. They said they couldn't deliver, but will give us free bread sticks and a pizza on our next order. Whatever, I just wanted my things that I paid for so here we go again, drove all the way over there and when we get there, the lady says they didn't make the bread sticks because no one told her about them. :) drove all the way over there twice, was lied to, didn't get what I paid for, nor the things they said they would give for "the inconvenience".
